Best Drain Pipe in Los Angeles CA

I used Red Lilly for the first time last month. Their plumbers showed up within ten minutes of the quoted time frame that dispatch had given me. The two plumbers were quick, efficient and had a great sense of humor. They got the job done right the first time. I will definitely call on them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I am not a customer of this place but I do have to say they have no respect what so ever for their neighbors/neighborhood. Their business entrance is in a residential area surrounded by apartment complex and every morning at 5 a.m. these guys are yelling, screaming, laughing and slamming doors. Management has been advised of this issue but it has still been going on for months. I understand they have jobs to do and are going to work, but please have some respect for all your surrounding neighbors, especially at those hours.

Cali-Rooter is my go to for any and all of my plumbing needs. I have used them several times in the past, most recent when our main sewer line backed up and they rushed over within an hour of my call request and cleared the massive roots. They are always prompt and very reliable. In addition, receiving friendly service is very important to me. John is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He takes his time to answer all of my questions and makes genuine and honest recommendations. I greatly appreciate his cordial and friendly service. I highly recommend Cali-Rooter!!

Found this company listed in google and the best experience so far, Victor helped us with 4 clogged sinks, tenants are so happy with the service provided, the service was fast, really communicative all the time, moving forward to hear more often of Johns plumbing & drain services in the future for sure!

The staff are very responsive which was really helpful because I have a weird work schedule. They managed to send someone who came at a weird hour due to my weird schedule. I am happy that this plumber was available and he helped me agreat deal.

Till now, it was my best experience in dealing with a plumbing service provider. I hired them for sewer repair services and was quite impressed with them the way they deal with the problems. They do video inspection of sewer lines and diagnose the problems well. Kudos to them!

Terrible service from this company. Charged me a $155 for an estimate and provided me an estimate of $12500 to replace 25' of pipe in the ground, install four valves, manifold and a regulator. Talk about price gouging!!!!

I found out that we had a leaking pipe under the house so this morning on 12/27/21 I searched on Google for a plumber who could come out today to see what what's going on under the house and sure enough we had a leaking pipe. The three gentlemen where professional, punctual and speedy with their service and worked in the rain thank God. I highly recommend this company and will give referrals as well. Thanks guys.

My bathroom tub and toilet were clogged and was causing water to leak through the floor and on to the next level. This all happened on a Sunday and they were able to send someone out asap. Narciso came and was fantastic! He was very friendly and professional. He fixed the clog quickly and was very neat. Narciso even wanted an update after I patched up the ceiling that was previously leaking! I will definitively will be using him again!

Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! I had a hot water pipe leaking underneath the house. I called the company and Greg promptly came over. He and his colleagues replaced a water pressure regulator because it wasn't working and replaced a portion of the copper pipe that was leaking. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.
