Just a few days after they replaced a kitchen faucet, the entire faucet assembly is loose. They simply didn't tighten it, or didn't tighten it correctly. We'll see how fast they are to respondTo this Request to complete the work.Update 1: They responded almost immediately, and have scheduled someone for within the hour. This is good.

Gonzalo & his team did a fast & excellent job of replacing my 70 year old clay sewer pipe. They inserted a trenchless new flexible sewer pipe that ran under my driveway & under the street to the city sewer line with a 20 year guarantee. Impact on my front yard was minimal, with just 2 holes, one in the flower bed and one in the lawn. They finished the job in one day and after they cleaned up, you could barely tell it had looked like a construction site just hours earlier! He also installed new toilets so now I don't have to worry about toilet clogs and tree roots causing blockages in my sewer line. I'm super satisfied with the price, speed, and excellent communication working with Gonzalo.

I had my heating service done today 11/11. The person who did my service did very well. His name is Marcos. He inspected our wall heater and did went to attic. The attic was good, where our wall heater connects. Notice in our wall heater some parts will need some replacements.He explained and showed to us the parts had some defected and will not last. My husband and I agree to replace the defective parts. We want a peace of mind. We didn’t want to chance anything to happen...Marcos did a great job on our heater. Marcos was honest and we trusted his judgements. He is very respectful too..Thank you Marcos..Julia G.

They repaired our rain drain system. The drain was being pushed so hard into the foundation it ended up cracking and broke the 90 degree pipe fitting. Lovely work!

Service took place a few weeks ago but they left such a good impression that I had to come back around to leave a review. Called them to look at a few issues we’d been experiencing in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully expected to book about a week out but they came within the hour! Good sign #1. They found that they actually weren’t the right folks for the job and transparently told me so. Great sign # 2. Because we’d been having such great convo, they offered to fix what they could in the kitchen (it was a manufacturing issue) so that the trip wasn’t for naught and they DID! Excellent sign #3. Have since referred to family and friends and will continue to use any time we need a plumber. Very appreciative!

Reliable and honest, does a great job! We were replacing our broken and leaking water heater to a tankless water heater. Jay was very personable and was interested in our business. Price was better than the other plumbers. They arrived on time to start the job. Now talk about going above and beyond!! Service like this you don't get anymore. Jose was on time. He search out problem and got it fixed. Kitchen line was clogged up.
Jose was very professional explained every detail. Pleasant 2 talk 2. Clean up like he was never there. He tested the lines his equipment was clean not just tossed in box. Been a customer since 2008. They even repaired my main line in pouring rain.
