Called red lilly out for my main line, thought it was gonna be expensive to clear but out of all the ests I got red lilly was the cheapest. Gio gave me a great price and took great care of my issue. Next time I have an issue im calling red lilly.

Just a few days after they replaced a kitchen faucet, the entire faucet assembly is loose. They simply didn't tighten it, or didn't tighten it correctly. We'll see how fast they are to respondTo this Request to complete the work.Update 1: They responded almost immediately, and have scheduled someone for within the hour. This is good.

These plumbers came and did the inspection, they proceeded to do the work and saved me a huge amount of time and effort and also money. Their rates are cheaper compared to other plumbers.

Came out when we had an emergency Sewer issue along with three other companies; all three had different solutions and diagnosis. Gonsalo and his team gave us the most confidence and after some discussions he came back out to investigate more. Ultimately we went with him and his team did an excellent job being minimally intrusive, fast, and cleaning up after themselves. One extra appreciation was his willingness to listen to questions and concerns and address them without immediately discounting them. He made a $10k nightmare end as well as a $10k nightmare could!

My property had a problem with multiple offsets on the sewer lateral. I called a few plumbers around the area. Valencia's gave me a rough estimate without charging while other plumbers wanted $250 to tell me about a problem I already knew I had. After we agreed on a price estimate, I received a more precise cost after camera work. They replaced a sewer lateral with burst pipe and a section with CPP and did some work under the house.
Their work is very good and they have honest prices.
I'll definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Narcisco from Sunset West Plumbing did a great job in fixing our kitchen sink blockage and water leakage. Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful!
