I called Red Lilly for a valve that needed to be replaced. I pulled a few quotes from different companies, but Red Lilly was cost effective and the rep they sent out, Wes, was honest about the situation. He was articulate, punctual and was able to complete the job successfully. The valve is fixed and our water pressure now withstands 3 flushes in a row. Thanks, Wes!

For quite some time, our basement kept flooding due to a plumbing problem. When I contacted 24 HR Emergency Plumber Los Angeles Inc they promised to solve the issue. True to their word, they saved my day.

Contacted the company in the morning for a plumbing problem for an elderly tenant. Waited all day only to have the tech call me back to an abrupt statement that they weren't coming, followed by a hang up. Customer Service at its finest.

Luis is a perfectionist. His work was outstanding as was his before and after the job communication. When his three jobs were finished, he put on overalls and slid through the crawl space to make sure our problems were not caused by a leak under the house. He did find one leak (drip) which we will need to get back to at some point. Luis deserves a 10+!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The scheduler/call operator was very pleasant to speak with. Anthony and Yehvony, the servicemen who helped me, arrived on time. They were gentleman – very polite and well spoken. They assessed the job I contacted Nautilus for and provided a cost estimate for the work, reviewing it with me before starting. There was no ambiguity.

While Anthony and Yehvony were here I asked them to investigate 2 other issues which were not related to what I scheduled the original service appointment for. They were very polite, estimated the work, reviewed the details with me and completed the 2 additional jobs while they were here.
I cannot recommend Nautilus Plumbing enough. This should be the go-to Plumbing company for anyone who lives in the Los Feliz area!

Total rip-off. Charged $250 to unplug a toilet - which they could not fix. After they were unable to clear the line, they offered to remove the toilet and tryagain for another $750. I called another plumber who fixed the problem for $99. If you use them, make sure you get a firm price BEFORE they come out.

My old building required a substantial amount of work to pass inspection after a few not so great plumbers had created a mess..and it was just one mess over another mess.. Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. On top of being time effective and highly knowledgeable about their trade, these guys were just incredibly kind, respectful and non-intrusive to the building's tenants, I loved their laid-back Jamaican style and trust me, you will too..they have my highest possible recommendation for their outstanding service, fantastic work and best prices - they got the job done right - the first time - and kindly made the work affordable. Beware--their street address is only a mailbox store. I will be coming to protest outside their phony street address on Westwood Blvd later this week. Chriscame out to relight my water heater for my tenants. (The tenants found this plumber) I'm not surprised they have locations in Chicago. Wink, wink. They are quite organized So Chris relit the pilot & 2 days later it went out. When I finally got the receipt from the tenants, I saw that Chris had written that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Total.lie. it was installed new in 2010. So when I spoke to Chris, he screamed at me that my water heater was 15 yrs old & he would only come out to put in a new $1400 unit. He was extremely rude and condescending. He even referred to me as, Dear, in a demeaning tone. He also hung up on me. The owner ( person posing as the owner- I believe he is just the front man to deal with customer complaints) offered to have another plumber, Jose, take a look. I waited a week for Jose to come. Of course he backed up Chris's story that my water heater needed replacing. He pretended to try to.light the pilot. Bad acting job. I found an honest plumber that was going to replace my water heater, but when he saw my unit, he told me I did NOT need a new water heater. He serviced my unit & gave me a warranty. It's good there are some honest people around, but don't bet on finding any honest people at Rocket Plumbing. They are out to get the most $ they can out of you. Warning they have locations all over Southern California. Avoid Avoid Avoid
