Had a great experience with New Generation Plumbing. I was pleasantly greeted by a real person to make my appointment. My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. I worked with Martín and Charlie who were both VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Everything about Cali Rooter is top notch. They are professional, on time and prices are decent. Technicians are knowledgeable and willing to explain in detail about any issue you may have about plumbing. I for one have used this company and called during the middle of the night frantic about a faucet leaking and the technician calmed me down and we fixed the problem temporarily over the phone, until the next morning Cali Rooter came to my house and fixed the issue I was having, and it turned out to be a non-emergency issue! Latest service was helping me get apartment ready to show. Hooked up my stove, dishwasher and washer dryer. The previous job was replacing the water heater with a tankless one to give me more room in the kitchen for washer dryer. They always do a beautiful job, whatever they do for me. I love them ?

I totally concur with the other reviews for L.A. Drain Inspections and Repairs. We had a bad plumbing emergency - kitchen sink that wouldn't drain and kept overflowing whenever upstairs neighbors sharing the same waste line ran water into their sink - and Alex came out on New Years Day (!) and fixed this baffling problem in extremely professional fashion. And he charged less than half of what I was expecting. Highest recommendation.

Our toilet stopped flushing. They fixed the problem but said to call if it happened again. It did the next day and they were so kind on the phone. They came back out that same day and fixed the problem (hopefully for good) at no additional cost. I recommend them!

Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite. Customer service is what Chris has professionalism is something he has as well.

I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.
