They came out promptly to give an estimate. However, I never received the estimate. Made several follow up calls and even spoke to someone who said he was the owner and would get that estimate to me the next day. Needless to say I NEVER received that estimate. Bad customer service. If they didn't want the job they should have just stated so.

It was a Sunday morning. My son and I had breakfast and then sat on the floor to watch some cartoons. I felt the floor was a little warm. When I looked closely, there was water seeping out from the floor. I immediately called John’s Plumbing. John arrived within 45 minutes. He explained to me the process of repairing the pipe and gave me a great price. I ended up putting new copper pipes throughout the whole. John was always very professional and finished the entire project on time. I will recommend John’s plumbing to all my friends and family.

My family hired GR Plumbing to perform pipe bursting for the main sewer line On a 2 story family home and then replace all connecting branch sewage pipes under the house. A pretty big project on a home that is over 90 years old with original plumbing in a teeny tiny crawlspace under the house. I am so relieved and happy by the choice of hiring GR Plumbing. Express Plumbing took an extremely stressful situation I had come up and turned it into a pleasant one. We had an emergency repair that needed to be done. I was burned out. They showed up and handled it quickly and extremely professionally. I'm a customer for life!

Alex is an amazing plumber and businessman. He is reliable and professional and doesn’t try to get over on you like many contractors do. He repaired and cleaned my faucet handle when I thought I needed it replaced, it would’ve costed me a lot of money to replace but he repaired it for a small service fee and it works great now! What a relief! Thank you so much Alex!! I highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services.

We have used Ford plumbing for years and have always happy with their work. Recently our very old water heater went out. We called and Santi came out. He was terrific! He assessed the situation and knew exactly what we needed. He determined he could replace the old one with the same manufacturer and size. He immediately made sure we were taken care of and the next day we had a new water heater.

The installation went perfectly. Dino and Johnny along with Santi were wonderful. I hardly knew they were there. They were respectable, friendly, professional and did a beautiful job. They even hauled away our old water heater. We now have hot water back and we will definitely be calling Ford Plumbing again if we need their services.

Wally from Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company of Los Angeles was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess.

I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting.

Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite. Customer service is what Chris has professionalism is something he has as well.

I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.
