Ozzy was incredibly helpful and responsive in helping me address an issue with my toilet. I'm honestly blown away at the customer service from this team. I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues to deal with, but I know who I'll be calling if I do.

These guys were very quick and efficient with service and delivery. The best part is they DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL. This is unheard of with plumbers , which is the main reason I gave them the job (Sears wanted to charge $90 that would not be credited back for repairs). The pricing was reasonable, as well. The only reason that I didn't give 5 Stars is because the water heater they installed has recieved a lot of bad reviews (cheap product), but it was an emergency fix and I didn't have time to research prior to installation. Live and learn.

I called Cali Rooter on a Sunday cause everything on the first floor had backed up. Total nightmare!I’m giving Cali 5 stars cause they managed to have a guy over within 20-30 minutes. It took the guy another 20-30 minutes to fix everything.I was a bit worried cause... you know... an emergency like that... it’s gatta be expensive. But the guy was really professional. The invoice was extremely reasonable.All-and-all, I totally recommend these guys. Make sure to ask for John.

Very professional and easy to work with! They came right on time and fixed our drain quickly. The price was also lower than other plumbers that we called. We will definitely be in touch if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

Tried calling for emergency plumbing service. With a major leak at midnight. They claim 24 hours and then said someone will come out between 8am-10am in the morning. That is not 24 hour service as I can call any plumber for regular hours and not be charged emergency rates.

We needed plumbing service for sewer pipe replacement. GR Plumbing arrived timely. They were very professional, thorough and answered all the questions we had. Very clean work and ensured that everything was working great and that we were satisfied. Would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Communication was professional and friendly from the first call. They called me right back to schedule a same-day appt and Sent text notifications of the technician’s arrival time. The technician, Ruben, was a total gentleman and very helpful and efficient with solving the problem. He even gave some other tips to help with maintenance and couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional. Great experience throughout.

The gentleman who helped us (Oliver) was nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took his time diagnosing the problem, and made sure to educate me on what was going on.

The hot water wasn't working in our showers. They not only fixed the problem but also recommended other fixes to ensure our system was working optimally. They were the first plumbing company to come and actually take the time to find the best solution. Two other plumbers had suggested a number of options but never actually addressed the real problem. Thanks for taking the time to do it right!

Reliable, courteous, considerate, tidy. Sam was exceptionally efficient when we had issues with a part of an uncommon - exotic to use Sam's description - toilet. He was able to get the part within only a couple of days - very impressive. Sam also installed a new toilet and he was not only fast but thorough. We highly recommend Rocket Plumbing - ask for Sam!

Well to be fair we never had them come out! I was referred by a Facebook group when I asked for a good plumber. Our plumber of 25 years retired and moved out of state. I called and left a message for The Drain Co to call back. A woman called back with such rudeness and really didn't want or care about our business! On top basically they charge $85.00 to come out for an estimate even if you don't like their price you pay. I'm self employed and I always give a free estimate/consultation because I know I'm good and my prices are decent! Anyway I gave 1 star because the lady on the phone did not give a damn about new business or getting business! My suggestion would be put someone who cares on the phone! Lost a customer before even truly getting one! Also I shared my experience on fb. The first person who answers the phone at a business is a key player of a solid business! Thanks but no thanks!
