Knowing that it’s hard to find a plumbing company you can trust and rely on, I believe that I have finally found that company and that company is RED LILLY PLUMBING. I called Red Lilly Plumbing regarding a potential leak in my house as I could hear the hissing sound of water. My house is built on a concrete slab. I scheduled an appointment with Red Lilly Plumbing to come and make an assessment. Giovanni and his manager Ed came over the same day I called, prior to the scheduled appointment to see how the bad the situation could be in case it needed immediate attention. They determined that the leak was indeed in the manifold inside my house and Giovanni and manager Ed provided me with a description of the problem, what needed to be done, what my options were, and an estimate cost range of the options. Shortly after leaving from assessing my problem, I called Red Lilly Plumbing to inform them of the option I was selecting and to have them email me the estimate so that I could get the job started. We scheduled the appointment and on the appointed day, two great looking plumbers came, Anthony S. and Carlos T. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, practice safety, and answered any questions that I had. As Carlos was working to find my property main line they had difficulty at first. Giovanni came over with some instrument to help in locating the main line. After finding the location, we changed the original plan of the repair and came up with a change which meant replacing the existing exterior plumbing with new copper plumbing and pex piping instead of relocating the manifold to a different location. During the day, manager Ed came by to see how the work was progressing to make sure that everyone was on the same page in making the needed repair. Everything was done step by step with detail. Success was achieved when they fixed my leaking issue. I watched both Anthony and Carlos working, and they were very careful, detailed, and made sure the work was done correctly. Following completion, the manager Ed came by to check on the work performed. They did an excellent job. My main leak was fixed but they found a second leak in the manifold which meant additional assessment and repair. I scheduled the appointment with them to come back to find that problem. The same two awesome plumbers came back. Manager Ed also came to talk of the plan to fix the problem. This time they determined that they needed to rerun hot and cold water lines from the manifold to the back end of the house which meant opening up the ceiling and walls to run the lines. Time was spent doing this but they did a careful job. Once the lines were run and connected, the problem was finally fixed. What a relief!! I was very happy with all the work done to resolve my leaking water issues. It’s good to see plumbers working together in making sure that the work is done in the best way possible.

Two workers for Ford’s Plumbing, Martin and Israel, replaced all the gas pipes under our house—which was built in 1924, and the pipes were rusty, pitted, and leaking gas. It was a very tough job, because there us hardly any space under the house. But they worked diligently at it for about a week, and it has passed inspection. Everything is working well, and we feel much safer. The two workers were informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the job, and it was a pleasure to have them here.

I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. I haven't ever dealt with a plumber before. I was nervous and need help figuring out what happened to our water heater. Brian came from Rocket Plumbing and totally helped us out!

He helped diagnosis it quickly: there was too much sediment in the hot water tank. I had no idea they needed to be flushed once a year. And Brian gave me a tip to make the water heater last twice as long. =) I give them two thumbs up!

We had a pleasant experience with Shawn when our boiler stopped working. He came the next day and fixed the problem but he did say it would only work temporarily and suggested that we purchase another one. Because I was only the tenant I asked that he did not replace it and he tried contacting the landlord but unfortunately had no luck doing so however he did the job and got it working therefore I thank him. As soon as I get a hold of the owner I will have Shawn come back and replace the boiler for me. Thank you, Shawn, you’re awesome.

Had major root intrusions in 80' sewer main and decided to try hydrojetting after snaking wasn't getting the job done. Called around to several services who were not clear about what their hydrojetting treatment included as I wanted to be assured that roots would be cleared out and that I'd be able to see the results from video camera. Mr. Speedy gave me straight answers, came out as scheduled and ran the camera and hydrojet together so I could see that each section of roots was cleared. Would highly recommend them.
