Fernando was prompt in coming out to provide an estimate. And, he did a very thorough review of my overall plumbing situation. I determined what I was ready to take care of immediately (shower drain pipe replacement) and it was easy to schedule him to do that work. In all my interactions with Fernando, he was always pleasant and upbeat. And, he arrived promptly (even early) for both the estimate and the work. It was great to work with him.

I for one have used this company and called during the middle of the night frantic about a faucet leaking and the technician calmed me down and we fixed the problem temporarily over the phone, until the next morning Cali Rooter came to my house and fixed the issue I was having, and it turned out to be a non-emergency issue! We had an emergency to take care of late in the evening and John and his team took care of it. They offer professional service and fair pricing. We referred them to our property management company and they are preferred vendor now.

When I called them for the replacement of a sewer pipe, several other companies said it will take 4 – 7 days to finish up. But GR Plumbing promised only 2 days. I was stunned when everything was done in a single day! Not only did they finish in less than 24 hours, all traces of plumbing works were cleared. I think they are about the best! I won’t hesitate to hire them again.

Ford's Plumbing came out on time and addressed the issue, professionally and direct with the solution. I was not pressured about anything. I had many questions which I felt were answered honestly. I felt comfortable about the service and felt that the technician was knowledgeable and had a good attitude. Many times the technicians are rushed and make questionable decisions. The Ford's technician left after things were taken care of and even explained which part I would need to get in the future. Thank you for being there. TRUST – when it comes to your house, that’s the only word that matters. Let me explain why I trust these guys, with a summary of two interactions. [Long story short, I reached out to plumbers 7 times, and only twice did I get an honest inspection. Both times, it was Mr. Speedy.]

1. A few months ago, we smelled a gas leak coming from the rear exterior of the house. In a panic, we dialed 4 different plumbers to get quotes for an urgent inspection. Gas line inspections are not cheap, all but one quoted me several hundred dollars. Freddy at Mr. Speedy asked me a few questions and was the only one that said for my specific issue, I should call SoCal Gas cause they’ll inspect it for free. Freddy was the only one that recommended I call the gas company. Sure enough, SoCal Gas agreed and said the specific issue I had was their responsibility. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, for free.

2. We’ve had problems with our second floor shower for years, and this month we decided to spend the money, whatever it takes, to finally fix the problem once and for all. We called 3 plumbers for estimates and two of them said we need to break all the tile and replace the entire shower. The only one that gave me a thorough/accurate estimate was Mr. Speedy. Juan and Randy came out, inspected the shower, as well as the piping underneath the house and realized the root cause was an old/damaged pipe underneath the house. They explained that replacing/re-tiling my entire shower would be a temporary fix, I could just replace the shower valve and the remaining money is better spent fixing the root cause, underneath the house. They took photos to show/explain the problem and brought out their specialists, Edwardo, Angel, and Carlos to fix the pipes. Edwardo took additional photos so I could see the before and after, the shower works great now, and ultimately, I spent less than the two other plumbers quoted me.

And that’s trust.

I have to say I think i found my favorite plumbers ever Edgar and Fransisco were so fast and obviously very experienced. Making sure i understood what failed and why. Between Jennifer, Lexie, and Silvia keeping me updated on arrival times i was never wondering what was going on. Even after the service was over Lexie got back to me with an answer to my question within minutes. I am never going back to any other company and if asked i will only be recommending A 1.

Came promptly and did a rooting job that the smell good plumbers wouldn't do. Then, sent a camera along the pipe to pin down the source of the problem, which I don't think the other guy would have done. Charged a fair price, polite, friendly, and conscientious. Would definitely recommend to others.

Victor’s Rooter is the best! He replaced my clean out and main sewer line connections after roots completely clogged the pipe. The plumbing was not done correctly the first time. He’s efficient, clean, and fairly priced. He solved my problem. I’ll be using him for all my drain and plumbing needs from now on. Thanks again!
