We thank GR Pluming Gonsalo and his professional team to save our restaurant’s nightmare plumbing problems. We used to have very frequent clogging issues to a point we could not clear the pipe any more. We called GR Pluming for emergency help. Gonsalo contacted me in a few minutes after I contacted their office to schedule an appointment to come over to check. He showed up as he was scheduled. We thought our pipes were just filled up with heavy grease and oil, however we learned we had more serious plumbing issues (main and other sewer lines needs to be replaced) then we thought from Gonsalo’s inspections. Although Gonsalo knew it was challenging to fix it, he worked with us and found the best solutions for us. At the same time, his team are well-trained and very professional. They have professional plumbing equipments, including but not limited to different size of sewer line cameras and high power Hydro Jetting.

Express Plumbing took an extremely stressful situation I had come up and turned it into a pleasant one. We had an emergency repair that needed to be done. I was burned out. They showed up and handled it quickly and extremely professionally. I'm a customer for life!

Scotty came and provided a quote promptly in the appointment time window. I let him know I had taken the day off from work and asked if the work could be completed same day. He consulted with his team at the office and they made it all work out. I also asked Scotty a bunch of plumbing questions and he graciously answered all of them. I called back after he left when I noticed a possible leak and he returned promptly. Turns out we also need to replace some other parts unrelated to his work. We had a cracked pipe below our house under our kitchen. We called A-1 and within 2 hours we had a technician (Jose) at our door. He diagnosed the problem gave a quote and said he could fix it now.
