Just a few days after they replaced a kitchen faucet, the entire faucet assembly is loose. They simply didn't tighten it, or didn't tighten it correctly. We'll see how fast they are to respondTo this Request to complete the work.Update 1: They responded almost immediately, and have scheduled someone for within the hour. This is good.

Fast, friendly, and high quality service. My wife talked with these guys and scheduled an appointment for the following evening. Its important to have your tankless water heaters serviced and Nautilus took care of this efficiently and were also able to take care of a leaky faucet that had been irritating us at the same time, especially with there being a severe drought.

We have two toilets completely backed up and a shower where water is filling up in the tub from the drain when neighbors take a shower.
