The plumber arrived on time. I explained the problems with the tub/shower faucet leak. He told me the price and asked if I approved before he went ahead with the repair. The valves he needed were on the truck and he was able to replace the old valves immediately. He was very professional and courteous. I have used Red Lilly before and I would recommend this company.

I had a leak in the ceiling. Leonard understood in a second where it came from. It was from my bathroom above. A slow drip coming inside the wall from my shower handle. He fixed in no time. I was dreading this would be very expensive but it was not. Very easy to fix. He even looked down with a camera to make sure he could not see any mold. Leonard is also very nice a pleasant to be around. On top of it he also helped me remove a very irritating fan I have in the ceiling of another bathroom that was making so much noice and that I did not need in that bathroom. I can highly recommend to use him.

We had a pleasant experience with Shawn when our boiler stopped working. He came the next day and fixed the problem but he did say it would only work temporarily and suggested that we purchase another one. Because I was only the tenant I asked that he did not replace it and he tried contacting the landlord but unfortunately had no luck doing so however he did the job and got it working therefore I thank him.
