The plumber was on time, he gave me a fair price for my mainline issue. He explained the repair in detail and was patient when I didnt understand. Would recommend to family and friends.

Their NextGen price was $4500.00 and I thought that was high so I hesitated. They said the job would be three guys for five hours all inclusive materials. I told them that I'm looking for $2000.00 or less, I think $1600.00 will prove to be enough for a competent team. Let us see what happens.

I foundJohn's Plumbing in LA and they sent us a very helpful plumber that was there in 30 mins and took care of the issues quickly. The service was outstanding. Luis Castillo was professional and made sure that we understood every bit of what he was recommending to ensure our new tankless water heater would be repaired and at its most efficient. We were given flexible options to make just the fix or to add to the fix certain necessary upgrades. We appreciate the flexibility that allowed us to take our budget into consideration. Monkey Wrench is a bit on the pricier end but we believe it is because they are more thorough and upfront about the project, their services and the cost it will take perform them. They don't underbid to get the work and then nickel and dime their clients while doing the job--we paid exactly what the job was estimated to cost. We are confident that they get the job done right and if any issue(s) happen to come up, they will be responsive and stand by their work.

Nautilus used to be great. Not anymore. They came to rooter my mainline last week and got one clump of roots. They showed it to me. They said that the line was too badly clogged to go futher without damaging their equipment. Recommended a $5,500 repair to main line. They left. Clean-out cap promptly popped off again with ordinary use, spewing sewage all over yard. Called another firm. They came out, rootered in same place, $250, told me it was all good, and it was! It has stayed fixed. No more problems, no more cap popped off, no more sewage in yard, no blockage. I don't know whether Nautilus guys were just incompetent, but obviously I suspect a deliberate attempt to get a whole lot of cash out of me that I don't need to spend.

Arrived on time; which is rare these days! Victor took his time assessing the problem and explained everything thoroughly. Definitely recommend JW Heatinf and Air!

I had a bunch of plumbing fixes and 2 guys came very quickly, they didn't upsell me but just went about fixing things inside and out as I asked. No drama, and I was always confident that they knew what needed to be done, They quickly left when all was done - no lingering while the clock was running. Don't tell them but their prices are too low!

PS They actually came about 6 weeks ago and I can tell you that all of their work has held up just fine.

Everyone at EL-BO Plumbing is so helpful and easy to work with. Leonard is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I have called on him to repair stucco, fix plumbing issues, replace a fireplace ignitor and have referred him to many clients whom all praise his professionalism and timely response to their issues. Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite. Customer service is what Chris has professionalism is something he has as well.

I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.
