I had a shower stem leak and I called Red Lilly Plumbing and they were able to make it to my home in no time! The lady who helped me over the phone was very friendly and kindly listened while I tried to explain the leak in my shower. She knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me an ETA time for when the plumber would arrive. The plumber was very helpful and very informative. He explained to me what was happening and walked me through step by step what he was doing to fix the situation. It was a very pleasant experience and they have fair prices! I’ll be calling them again in the future!

Fernando and his colleagues are exceptional technicians! They are professional, highly experienced, thorough and honest. They replaced the main pipe underneath our home and replaced some galvanized piping that was fused to our copper pipes. Hard work, but they got the job done perfectly. I really appreciated Fernando's joyful professionalism. It's important that the experts working on your home are pleasant too, and Fernando and his colleagues clearly love and take pride in what they do. They should! I have used them several times in the past, most recent when our main sewer line backed up and they rushed over within an hour of my call request and cleared the massive roots. Amazing! I called Nautilus Plumbing expecting to schedule an appointment in a week and to my amazement they had someone at my house in 30 minutes. I've had two plumbers talk to me about the problem I was having with my water pressure, but they were too afraid to touch anything. Sergio arrived, got the details from me and dug right in. Within 15 minutes he was able to tell me what was causing the problem. He then ran out and picked up the part and within an hour my plumbing was fixed. I had been dealing this this problem for almost a year. I am so excited to have found this company.

Had and issue with other toilets after repair was done told the plumber but his answer was if you need me to check your other toilets it will cost you and additional $200 dollars per toilet…. Used them more prior before but had a really good experience but not this last time… and to top it of he wrote customer Denied service…

I found out that we had a leaking pipe under the house so this morning on 12/27/21 I searched on Google for a plumber who could come out today to see what what's going on under the house and sure enough we had a leaking pipe. The three gentlemen where professional, punctual and speedy with their service and worked in the rain thank God. I highly recommend this company and will give referrals as well. Thanks guys.

I called Ford’s Plumbing on a Saturday evening at 6:00PM. Santiago came out very quickly and the issue was completely resolved by 7:00pm. He was friendly, efficient, and communicated the costs of service upfront. Very thankful for his help. It was a bit expensive, but 100% worth it.

We had a pleasant experience with Shawn when our boiler stopped working. He came the next day and fixed the problem but he did say it would only work temporarily and suggested that we purchase another one. Because I was only the tenant I asked that he did not replace it and he tried contacting the landlord but unfortunately had no luck doing so however he did the job and got it working therefore I thank him. As soon as I get a hold of the owner I will have Shawn come back and replace the boiler for me. Thank you, Shawn, you’re awesome.
