Jimmy is totally professional. He has done a number of plumbing jobs for us around the house over the course of the past few years. The most recent was installing a second meter exclusively for irrigation. Not only did he do the work, but he handled ALL the paperwork from getting the permit to having the DWP enter it into their system. Jimmy Papik knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a professional job!

Finally a company i can trust, i had 2 company's come out to give me a quote and this guy by far was the best in price and explaining my current issue as to why my main was getting clogged (all the time). They came by and got it unclogged , i will be calling them back this week to get them to come and fix it (permanently), i recommend them, just call them you wont be dissapointed!

Reliable, courteous, considerate, tidy. Sam was exceptionally efficient when we had issues with a part of an uncommon - exotic to use Sam's description - toilet. The plumbers were courteous and professional. I called them to fix a water heater issue yesterday, and they kept their appointment and arrived as scheduled. We have used Drain Co. several times for multiple areas of our home. They are our first and last call when it comes to service. Two things come to mind when describing them, Integrity and Followthrough. They are clear and consice when discussing problems and solutions and aren't satisfied with mediocrity. Simply put, we love em.

Had a very deep difficult clog. Jay worked hard and got the job done. Professional and nice crew.

Had major root intrusions in 80' sewer main and decided to try hydrojetting after snaking wasn't getting the job done. Called around to several services who were not clear about what their hydrojetting treatment included as I wanted to be assured that roots would be cleared out and that I'd be able to see the results from video camera. Mr. Speedy gave me straight answers, came out as scheduled and ran the camera and hydrojet together so I could see that each section of roots was cleared. Would highly recommend them.

From a customer who had no idea where the problem came from but knew it was plumbing related, I called JB plumbing for the first time because they were local, and I got to tell you, they found the problem, gave me different options on how to go about on fixing the problem at a reasonable price. I then called and compared prices just to make sure I got a fair price and I found out I actually had a bargain. For fair, clean, reasonable and timely plumbing I will definitely be calling JB plumbing.

Our bathroom drain has clogged and smelled horrible. They came out in 4 hours and worked magic. The guys were great and got everything fixed . Really recommend this company

Hands down the worst experience with any plumber I've had in decades of working as an estate manager handling private properties. Lots of empty promises, lies, delays, literrally telling you he's on his way when they have no intention of showing up. Leaving jobs unfinished with no care in the world or even a phone call to explain or apologize. I don't understand how he got these reviews unless they're all his friends because he didn't live up to single one of them, or his over the phone promises. Thank god this wasn't a major flood or emergency or our house would be underwater at this point. Highly unprofessional and decieving. I would def look elsewhere if I were you. This is a waste of time.
