Best Plumber in Baltimore MD

Called Ron when my pipe burst in the garage he said will be there soon and he did. He is so lively, friendly and very polite. He Was so energetic running from one place to another less than an hour work was done. He charged and i called my own charge without hesitation accepted. I will look out for more customers for him.

I can't say enough about Ace Plumbing. I woke up to water in my basement from a broken water heater. I frantically called around to get quotes and was fortunate enough to find Ace Plumbing. Joe was very kind and gave a very reasonable pricing. On the day of installation, two plumbers arrived. Kevin and Jeff were extremely professional, friendly and their quality of work was excellent. This explains why Ace Plumbing is consistently rated with 5 STARS. I would not hesitate to call this company again. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much!

This review is long overdue. Sterling has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times when I was in a panic. As a young, female homeowner without a lot of handy people in my life, I cannot thank him enough for his work and expertise at a reasonable price. He reached out to me within minutes one night after I frantically submitted my info on Home Advisor. The next morning, he came to my home, fixed the mainline drain clog, and also identified the underlying problem—a broken sewer line. This was something a different plumber had previously overlooked. The city was responsible and ultimately fixed the sewer line a month later. The first rain after DPW’s sewer line repair, the night of NYE, my basement massively flooded with 6” of rain water. Sterling answer my panicked phone call and advised me of what to do. Turns out storm water was flooding through the city’s excavation. I don’t know what I would have done without his help!

Just got off the phone with a very honest and nice lady. Unfortunately, we cannot have work done to our house because we do not own it, however, this company was honest about the information provided. My family and I thank you.

Technician, John Frazier, was fantastic. Diagnosed and repaired AC system in 20 minutes. He was mindful of my property and overall financial considerations concerning my system. A rare real professional class act.Only draw back, actual charges (beyond technician's control) are on the high side.

Our appointment was scheduled the next day at our house in Baltimore between 10am-2pm on 9/14/21. Customer service told me the estimate was free. Great start with customer service.

The tech didn’t arrive until 3:10pm. He proceeded to immediately tell us he’s supposed to be off at 3pm and that he’s charging to identify the leak even though we already did. On top of that, he demanded that we put our 9lb dog away (in my own house). We paid him, but not using them again obviously. If this company wants a bad rep, they’re doing a great job by employing a joke of a tech.

Sonny & crew went out of there way to get our sewerline replaced on the spot within hours, price was extremely affordable, very professional and courteous. We were in a bad spot, my husband is handicapped and they made a potentially really bad situation, so much better. #customersfirst

James was definitely a knowledgeable person. He thoroughoy explained everything that was going on. He did a great professional job! I highly recommend him!!

Mr. Van was a pleasure to work with. He got back to me right away and was at our home the next day. He figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. He's very professional and reasonably priced. We have many plumbing issues that need to be addressed, so we'll be calling him again soon.

I cannot say enough good things about Justin. He always comes through for us, does a fantastic job and charges a VERY fair rate. I will always call Justin first for any of my plumbing needs, I suggest you do the same!

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
