Everyone we spoke with while retaining their services was really helpful and responsive. The plumber they sent out, Dylan E., was just terrific! He was knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything to us clearly, and he had such a positive attitude. It was infectious. His 10+ years of plumbing experience were clear as he worked quickly and neatly. If you need any plumbing done I highly recommend this company, and if Dylan is available you will be lucky and thankful to have him as your plumber!

Bruce (2171) took great care of me and got a broken shower fixed in no time. I also appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment scheduled, and that the dispatcher called earlier in the morning to see if I wanted to move up my service time.

I would highly recommend this guy. If you are looking for someone who is nice and will give you an affordable estimate and do a good job, call him. I just had a leaking pipe fixed in my front yard. I was referred to Russell by my co-worker and I must say I was very pleased with his professionalism and his work ethic. He was able stop my leaks and repaired it within minutes. Highly recommend!

Ugh... where do I start? I was having trouble with my water heater and my home warranty company sent this company. They were here multiple times, each time it was a different tech bad mouthing the previous tech. Ultimately the water heater was replaced. On the day of replacement the tech (the 4th one by now) tells me I will only be without water for maybe an hour. Then he leaves and is gone 2 hours! I called the office and was told he had to go buy the heater and was on his way back. Why would he not bring it with him in the first place? They insist that I need a new shut off valve and pipe modification ($325) on top of the $175 for getting the permit to do the work. After the tech was gone I notice he tore up my drywall. They did send someone to repair it. I waited a couple weeks for the inspector to come and finally called the office, they NEVER got the permit! I called multiple times and received multiple excuses. After 2 months the inspector called them and they did finally do it. When the inspector came it failed! One of the valves is blocked. And it turns out that the required changes weren't required! It's still not been fixed!

We called Michael & Son Services to have them come out and repair a leaky water main. They said they would come out and fix the pipe and come by the following day without a service charge. We would of course need to pay for the repair. We agreed - however, they didn't even send a technician out. We found out when we called them hours later when that they wouldn't do the work because the hole was already dug - a fact we explained to them several times when we made the appointment and that they led us to believe wouldn't be a problem.We took time off work to be here for this appointment, and we still have water spilling into our yard. It's a waste of water, and it's impacting our water bill. We could've had a different company come out and fix it by now if they had just been up front with us from the start.This company left a disabled veteran out to dry, committed to work they couldn't actually do, then bailed on it without communicating properly or even showing up for the work. This cost me hundreds of dollars personally in both time and water, and now we are stuck scrambling to find someone who can come by at almost 5pm on a weeknight. This company is beyond unprofessional and they do not care about you or your home. Go do business literally with anyone else you can find in your area.

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.
