Right in the middle of Holiday baking and the kitchen sink blocks. I called Roto-Rooter - it's years since this happened. The dispatcher had my name and address immediately before I said anything. The technician was there within the hour. Explained everything; very clean; very pleasant. A top of the line experience in every dimension.

The two man crew who came out as an emergency call just after 10:00.p.m. was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and speedy. They were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and replace the wax seal on my toilet so everything was back to normal in less than an hour. I don't think I could have expected better service.

We had to have the water hookup behind our fridge replaced, and were unsure if we were allowed to per our condo agreement.

After sending the the plumbers, Charlie and Jake, away, we called our condo association and were told we could have the work done.

We called Mike's immediately to schedule a new appointment for later. The dispatcher turned Charlie right around, and he and Jake got right to work. Less than an hour later, our fridge had running water, and Charlie and Jake were on their way.

I had a valve leaking in my basement and Andrew (ID# 1492) came out to do the estimate. He was professional and honest and I then decided to give him the work to repair the leaking valve. Andrew as very knowledgeable, courteous, did a great job. I will surely be call Roto Rooter if I have any other plumbing needs and my preference will be for Andrew, #1492.

Hungh came super fast - and on Christmas Day no less! - and did a great job of replacing and repairing my toilet valve. He even gave some advice on how to go about future projects, and made doubly sure there was no leaking from the valve. All that, and a reasonable price. THANK YOU so much!
