To put it simply, they offer quality product, SUPERIOR service at a FAIR price. Additionally, the service was PROMPT. A family owned and operated business with true professionals that are friendly and courteous. Can't ask for much more in a service company. Exactly how a small service company should be operated.

This is the second time I've had to call Catons within the past year and the tech Dave Whittington was top notch.He was responsive and patient as well as answering all my wife and I questions. I would definitely use Catons again for any future plumbing issues that we have. Although they aren't cheap but as we've learned as homeowners, you get what you pay for. Thumbs up to Dave. I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.

Stilwell was dispatched by my home warranty company to repair a shower valve. The plumber attempted to disassemble my old shower, and broke the trim, as well as the posi temp cartridge. While trying to put it back together, he leaked a large amount of water into my wall, causing a large water stain on the ceiling below. I was told that replacement parts were not available at their supplier, so their only option was to completely replace everything at a much higher cost on a later date. My warranty would not cover those costs.

Rather than having Stilwell come back and complete the job, I reached out to another plumber that was recommended. He obtained the parts needed to perform the repair from the same supplier that Stilwell claimed did not have them. He completed the repair with no issues.

Stilwell tried to scam me for hundreds of dollars by completely breaking my shower and stating that excessive work was needed to fix it.

I would not recommend Stilwell to anyone, for any reason.
