Best Water Pressure in Baltimore MD

Thanks for nothing. I had a pipe break forcing me to turn the water off in the house. I called Ty in the morning, he seemed knowledgeable and agreed to come over to fix everything between 2 and 3pm. By 4 pm Ty was still not here and had not called. I called and left him a message. By 4:50 I still had not heard from Ty. I began to worry as it was getting late in the day so I called and left another message. By 5:30 I still had not heard from Ty so I called and left my third and final message. By 6pm my phone rang. It was Ty! He hung up as soon as I answered my phone. I called him back to only get the ignore button. It is now 11am the next day. I still have not heard from Ty. I have had to contact a different plumbing company , and take an additional day off work to deal with a problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. If you could not take the job Ty you should have the professional courtesy to tell people. You have cost me time, money, and an additional 24 hours without running water. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

I have used Len the plumber numerous times. I am generally happy with the service and this time was no exception. The tech, John, was thorough and got the job completed in a timely manner while also taking the time to explain to me what the problem was.

When my water heater died these guys saved the day. They showed up the next day with a brand new heater and installed quickly in a difficult space with no issue, and also found an additional leak in a water line going to the heater. Great price, professional, timely, perfect service. Highly recommend.

Wow, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised working with Steven. He was amazing!! He was very fast in replying to my messages and was patient with me and my business partner. I love the fact that I could text him and he would reply almost immediately ( Im a millennial and talking on the phone is the last resort). We had a plumbing emergency at a rental property and he was able to fix it the next day!!! He replaced the toilet and tub in a few hours. The work looked great and all for a reasonable rate...Most importantly unlike other contractors who leave a mess after they are done, Steven did not! You would not have believed a contractor had been there. He is fair with his prices and does not price gouge. I highly recommend you calling him if you need plumbing work.

Chris was on time and listened to my description of the water pressure problem and then explained possible causes.
He was polite and professional.
Price for the work was good, better than other estimates and Mike/Metcalf will be my choice for any future plumbing needs. Well done.

This company is a nightmare. Hired them to do a job in June and months later it was still not fixed and they caused more damage. I was in tears multiple times trying to get them to finish the job correctly but they were in no rush. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money asking them for help with anything.

Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. I ordered a new cast iron kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal from Home Depot. At my request, Home Depot contacted one of their trusted plumbing companies, D W Bahr Plumbing and Heating Company, to do the installation once all the parts were in. I received a scheduling call from their office within a day or so. On the appointed day, September 2, 2021, Joe and Damond called to give their arrival time and in fact were a few minutes early. Joe checked under the existing sink and saw some possible complications. Serious challenges became apparent once he and Damon looked over and measured the new sink (which was deeper and much heavier than the existing one), faucet and disposal: there was a mismatch between the location of existing drains and pipes and the requirements of the new items. Joe advised that an under-sink rebuild might be necessary and that the rebuild might require another visit and possibly additional charges. But instead of giving up, Joe and Damond removed the existing sink, faucet and disposal and committed to getting the job done. They found the necessary supplies on their truck and Joe rebuilt the under-sink system with great precision, Before long, and after overcoming at least one additional significant obstacle, the new sink, faucet and disposal were beautifully installed and working. No additional visit was necessary; and, although I offered to pay, there were no additional charges beyond what I prepaid at Home Depot. They removed all the old items and carefully cleaned up. I could not have been more satisfied; and I recommend the company and Joe and Damond strongly and without reservation.

I'm normally a very handy guy, but sometimes even the handiest guy needs help from a specialist. Amy at scheduling was very friendly and made sure she called back when an earlier spot opened up.

Dave was amazing. He listened to my troubleshooting and repair efforts, then looked around the system, analyzed the issue, and provided several options. He explained why each option was worth trying and why it may not work. He didn't try to use FUD on me. He listened to me and then did good solid work. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

The price was perfectly in line with the price averages I found online.
