My hot water heater went out on Thanksgiving. I called several places and struggled to find someone to come out especially without a huge fee. Dave was willing to come out and was at my house an hour later. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely work with Dave again.

When the sewer line cracked in my house my son who is a plumber had used this company himself said call Alpha. I expected delays with response and implementation of work. I went online to request service for the sewer line and within 12 minutes they called me, not in 24 to 48 hours, 12 minutes. Appointment made for assessment of my needs and when the first team said we need the second team I had an verbal agreement for 2 days later. With in an hour the 2nd team called and was on their way. I had water when they left. Bathroom was jackhammered 2 days later, fixed and now I am going forward picking out a new floor. Price was so unexpected. I was prepared for the worse and was wrong. SLS SERVICES IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE. My mother who is on a fixed income paid SLS Services for a new furnace and a chimney liner. For months, she was unable to get Justin Turner nor his assistant Fritz on the phone. She left messages and texts. NO REPLY. I decided to gently reach out to Justin and Fritz and again more of the run around. I was told several times by Fritz that he would get out to us the past weeks and DID NOT. BE WARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
