We contacted Ace Plumbing when we found a damp spot on the wall in our basement closet that started growing mold. They booked us on their schedule right away, and arrived on time. We explained this problem and another minor leaking pipe coming from our water heater. Kevin was very professional and completed his investigation of the primary issue - it turned out a toilet on the main floor wasn’t sealed properly and was dripping water down the PVC pipe and then that dripped onto the dry wall. He used his time very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was very polite! We will definitely contact them again for any other plumbing needs.

Called Catons due to a gas leak caused by the installation of a new meter (thanks BGE!). The plumber arrived within 90 minutes (on a Saturday) and had the problem fixed in no time. He also took the time to check the work done by the BGE contractor to ensure there were no other leaks. Great service!

Catons came to fix a water pressure problem we had. They did an excellent job replacing the pressure control valve for a fixed price. Since, with our old plumbing it was a hard time consuming job. So knowing ahead of time what it was going to cost was a real benefit.

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

Technician was at my home for less than an hour and I was billed for an hour and 30 minutes. Call the owner in the morning. Going to get a second estimate as well. Very pricey.

There seemed a water leakage underneath the outside front yard hose bib. Bruce and his apprentice Ezra came 11/18/19 to detect where there was indeed a leakage and if so, where the leakage occurred. They listened to what I had to say and answered all the questions I had, and then clocked the water meter to see if there was a problem with the water source pipeline. They were patient and pro-active in what they did, which helped to ease the concern over the leakage from the main water supply line. A follow-up call was made by their supervisor Greg today to make sure the customer satisfaction was met. They deserve my 5 star service rating.
