Best Water Lines in Baltimore MD

I do not recommend this company. Plumbing for a new powder room (toilet and vanity rough-in and installation) was performed. A permit through Baltimore County was obtained for the project. The rough-in was performed and passed inspection. The final installation of the toilet and vanity took place, and Ty (Owner) said he would call for final inspection. After a no-show from the county, I called the county, no inspection had been requested, and the county representative stated Ty's license had been suspended. Ty withheld that information from me, and I now need to hire another plumber to finish the process of getting my plumbing inspected. Without full disclosure, he's operating without a license!

Called and had someone out the next morning to replace a water heater and a pressure reducer valve against the main water line. Easy, speedy, & professional. Highly recommended.

Keith was great. He arrived on time, gave me a couple of options, and went to work. Finished when he said he would, added one additional fix that came up. I am an engineer, and appreciate quality workmanship- this job was excellent!

We had a leak in the main shut off valve and Caton was able to get us on the schedule on short notice. Dave responded and was able to fix the leak and upgrade the existing pipes to ensure that weather will not cause issues in the future. Dave has also helped us in the past for an issue in our kitchen and he did a great job with the issue and was very helpful with recommendations to avoid issues in the future. Very happy with the service!

We had our main line that connects to the county line break. Mister came out in a timely manner, fixed the problem in one day and remained professional throughout the service. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of work! 5 stars definitely.

Khai Dal was amazing. He was fast and efficient as well as extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, my 7 year old daughter (and I) learned alot about plumbing from him, as he explained everything he did in layman's term. 10/10, would call again.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

The exhaust venting from my furnace and hot water heater had rusted and fallen off. LJ Butler set up an appointment right away, and came on time. Great service neatly done and friendly repairman. The job was done quickly, and the price was less than expected. I would recommend them and will use them for other services.

Our property suffered from a clogged drain. Scheduling the service online was super easy and the pre-service information collection was both extraordinary and focused on the customer. The day of service the service tech, Ram, called an hour out and arrived on time. After surveying the area and explaining the costs and services, Ram gathered his equipment and worked his magic. About 2 feet of roots were removed through roughly 65 feet of drain pipe. The drain was unclogged and the water drained properly. Ram professionally completed the service and cleaned up the area. I was extremely impressed with the overall level of attention and service provided by Catons Plumbing and Drain. I would happily recommend them and use them again in the future.
