A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Nick is a very good plumber. We have used him many times on our home and our two daughters homes. His prices are great and he’s on time and very professional. We would recommend Nick for all your plumbing needs.

Mike and Richard did a fantastic job today on a Sunday.... nobody does that anymore but Abbott Brothers does. They were here when they said they would and what a great job they did. I couldn’t be happier... you want quality work done, these are the guys you call!!!

This is a 1st class business!!! From the moment I made the call through the entire process I received top hat service. Dave, who took my initial call after our tankless hot water unit took a dump was very attentive to our concerns. He knew exactly what he was talking about, he knew what questions to ask and even ask to send photos of the situation to assess the issue immediately. They were there the next morning and stayed until the job was completed. The technician Brian, was courteous, clean (concerned about work area), and very attentive to the details of installing the new unit paying attention to the codes to installation. SLS SERVICES IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE. My mother who is on a fixed income paid SLS Services for a new furnace and a chimney liner. For months, she was unable to get Justin Turner nor his assistant Fritz on the phone. She left messages and texts. NO REPLY. I decided to gently reach out to Justin and Fritz and again more of the run around. I was told several times by Fritz that he would get out to us the past weeks and DID NOT.
