Had another first class job performed by Ace. Kevin arrived on time and as usual was very polite and respectful of our home. The upstairs radiators were stone cold and Kevin worked to diagnose the problem. He explained what was happening with our boiler and installed a new part. He was able to get all the radiators to operate better than they had in years. Joe came by a few days later to check on one of the ancient radiators and gave a helpful diagnosis of the situation. Thanks so much. We can check this heating problem off our list.

When my water heater died these guys saved the day. They showed up the next day with a brand new heater and installed quickly in a difficult space with no issue, and also found an additional leak in a water line going to the heater. Great price, professional, timely, perfect service. Highly recommend.

SJT was called out to repair a toilet that was both constantly running and leaking water onto the floor. Technician only repaired the toilet flapper and did not address wax seal, which caused water to continually leak into the apartment below. When I followed up, the representative was rude, abrasive, and unwilling to work with me to address the remaining water leak. This is not the type of Customer Service you'd expect from any service provider at any price point!

Vince answered every time I called. He maintaned great communication with me at all times. Sonny & Mark came in the door , dignoed the problem, remoeved the old toilet with little mess, installed the new toilet, tested it out, and cleaned up their mess. They were able to come with little notice, and they gave a price on the spot or before hand. No henning and hawing. Their prices won't give you a heart attack.

Liana cleaned my main sewer drain line clog, pulled toilet, unclogged the line. He gave me a 6 month warranty, explained the issue. He was very friendly and informative. I will definitely call again.

David came on a Sunday to fix a toilet leak. On Monday we had another issue unrelated to the toilet problem. He came out very quickly and spotted the problem immediately! I have used Stillwell plumbing over the years for multiple projects. My latest project involved Moving the piping behind a wall to install a pedestal sink and installing a new faucet in the upstairs bathroom tub. Both things that they did were done perfectly! Adam was very professional and friendly. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done ahead of time and explained why it needed to be done. He did an excellent job on the repair as well as cleaning up the area . The service was provided the same day as the initial call and Adam was here exactly when he said he would be. He emailed pictures of the work that he did to my husband who was not home at the time, so he could understand the scope of work as well. I would definitely recommend using them again. Thank you Adam!
