We called with a clogged kitchen drain , Kevin took care of clogged drain quickly, no mess was professional, very friendly and then the next week we needed a main shut off valve and pressure reducing valve replaced. Had pipe leaking into a wall over a vent. Called for emergency service. Leak was hard to get to but David did a great job and explained everything. Very professional and I would not hesitate to use Ben Franklin again (but I'm hoping not to need to).

This is the second time I have used Michael and Son’s and both time I have been very satisfied. I watch the whole process of a shower repair and a hot water heater installation and I am pleased with the technician’s eye for small detail. He was definitely a good guy and very friendly.
