Was able to get my issue fixed but while the plumber was at my home he stated he saw other issues that was on WSSC, this company never contacted WSSC to let them know about these issues, which they are suppose to. Tried calling leaving countless voicemails, nobody's answering or calling back.

My experience with TL Back plumbing was definitely a positive one. Joe and his sons are not only good plumbers but sterling people. They arrive when they say they will, inform the customer of the problem and how they will fix it, and then work efficiently to solve the problem. They charge a fair price and make a conscientious effort to rearrange their schedules in cases of emergencies. I am always grateful for their work and their friendships. Mr. Houston Frey was simply phenomenal. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable about products and diligent with his problem solving skills. He made me feel safe and comfortable because I was panicking and overwhelmed about the situation. He got the job done (installed a new fixture valve, removed water clogged wood underneath kitchen cabinet) gracefully and I couldn’t be more happy. He definitely went above and beyond and I am so grateful. And he cleaned up his work space which is so fantastic to me. Tim did a great job of explaining our plumbing issues! While they are so extensive that he could not address everything, he was able to get us up and running until we can schedule their personnel to estimate and eliminate the problems we’re having.

Fixed my hot water heater and was amazing

We loved our plumber yesterday, Nov. 24th. We had another plumber today who was zero help.

Van and his helper did an excellent job replacing my old and leaky pipes in my basement with new copper pipes. He also fixed my shower which was leaking. I was very satisfied with his service and will be calling him for all of my future plumbing needs.
