You can’t imagine what it’s like to wake up and have sewage covering your entire basement. We called a restoration cO and recommended Van Plumbing what a great decision he was incredible at everything we needed to have fixed This gentleman was good at every plumbing need and we needed everything he put in our new hot water tank all updated pipes our house is 50 years old we needed everything updated because it was sewage we had to replace subpump hot water tank he made a new design so it no longer sat on the floor we could clean under the tank. His pipe work was beautiful he had to put all and I do mean all new pipes. He was here when he said he would be here he was the quickest worker he never stopped. There are not enough words to say he took outdated subpump brought it up to 2023 with back ups pump a beeper that now goes off if the pump stops working. We are so up to date and protected with backup everything. He is a good man a hard worker he never stopped. It’s like God sent us an Angel do not hesitate to use theGentlemen he’s incredible.

Nothing worse than walking down to your basement and seeing water all over the place and it is coming out of the bottom of the water heater. A quick search led us to Speedy Water Heater repair. Brian answered the call and said he would be over within the hour. He got the water heater isolated so we could have water the rest of the night and said his crew would be back at 9am. Brian, Sam and Joe showed up at 8:50 am ready to get er done. They laid down tarps to keep the mess to a minimum and were all very professional. Two hours later the old heater was out and the new water heater was installed. They completed the job by going around and making sure all of the hot water house faucets were in working order. If you find yourself in this situation do not hesitate to give Modern Plumbing/Speedy Water Heater a call. Excellent Customer Service!!!

The service was excellent....from start to finish. The crew were very considerate in answering my questions about the outside water pipe leak and explained how they would have to dig up the yard to run the new line and replace the pipe in the basement....and very polite. I will recommend ABEND to my neighbors here in Brooklyn Park...and to anyone who needs plumbing service.

I would recommend against using this plumber. On the days they can actually work, they are exceptionally slow doing the work. They also usually came to work late and/or unprepared, often without certain tools, fittings or glue.

When I calmly voiced my dissatisfaction, they threatened legal action against me including putting a lien on my house.

A year and two months later they don't stand behind the work they do and are reaching for excuses about why they're right and you're wrong.

Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.
