I have a house in Baltimore city and I was in need for plumbing advice. I found Empire plumbing and Heating llc and I called them and scheduled an appointment .
The technician came out on time and I paid the fee for plumbing consultation upon arrival. I called for emergency plumbing tonight. I asked for help with our frozen pipes. The lady said to get heat into our crawl space, which I told her wasn’t possible. She told me to heat the cabinet. I asked if I should turn the water off, she sounded very annoyed and said “sure. Ya sure. Ok have a good night”. Not helpful AT ALL!
