A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

I highly recommend Spiro with Empire Plumbing & Heating LLC. He recently fixed a leak in my kitchen sink and did an excellent job. He is very reliable, knowledgeable and punctual.

I recently had my street to house water line repaired due to a leaking pipe. The staff at Prime Plumbing was professional and courteous. They arrived early and patiently explained the repair process to me. What I was most impressed with was the how quickly the work was performed, and the way they tried to limit the damage to the landscape (no broken cement, they smoothed out soil nicely, and replanted the grass). I got the impression that they take pride in their work.

Abbott Brother's Plumbing responded quickly and came right out. They explained my problem and showed me a vivid video that allowed me to clearly understand what needed to be done to solve this problem in my sewer line. I've had this problem quite some time, and now I can move forward to repair this properly. Thanks to Abbott Brother's Plumbing, they have resources and financing for major problems and repairs. This allowed me to relax and stop worrying for once and for all, because yes i was calling and asking questions in which they responded every time i did . If u want assurance give them a call.

We had our hot water heater installed by Sam and he was a pleasure to have as our technician. Very personable, friendly, respectful and kept us informed of the progress of the job. He took us through the functions and how to operate the new water heater. We would definitely recommend Sam and Modern Plumbing

I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.

Ed and nick were super friendly with the concern of getting a 5 star review. When they left all they cared about was getting their 5 star review. Offering 50$ for a 5 star isn’t college right way to do business. Day later water heater is leaking about 2 inches of water on the top. They blamed it on the manufacture. Either way, would not use these guys cause all they care about is getting a false 5 star review before you have a chance to see the work.

The work is done promptly and correctly. Mike (technician) was very thorough and identified and fixed some problems with pipes that he saw. Also replaced our sump pump due to age before it would have caused us problems. They cleaned up after doing the work. I would recommend Mike's Plumbing.

They arrived after hours to accommodate my schedule. I will be using them for future issues.
