Best Water Heater And Heating in Baltimore MD

On August 1st 2019 I called the ACE Plumbing for the 1st time.....
And what a pleasant experience it was.
Jeff did a great job replacing leaky garbage disposal and two faucets. Removing the one old, corroded faucet was not an easy task. Jeff besides being an excellent plumber was so polite, nice and (Oh!) so neat.

Not well-versed in plumbing expenses and the repair and replacement work was expensive, however, my sense is that it was a reasonable amount given the severity of the problems as well as the actions undertaken to resolve the problems.Also, Jerry, the Senior Plumber, was polite, patient, friendly, thorough and seems to have a general desire to be helpful. He was willing to answer our questions and attempted to explain what he was conceiving in terms of how to go about resolving the plumbing issues (old, galvanized piping from the bathtub and kitchen sink drains that was severely clogged and failing). I'm confident he went the extra mile in his work and it is easy to feel assured that the work he did was of a high quality!Jerry is an excellent ambassador for Len the Plumber! If/when we need plumbing work in the future, I hope he will be available for the assignment. I will definitely ask for him and recommend that you ask for him as well.

I was impressed with Michael & Son from the moment the call center answered my call. The lovely person who took my information was professional and courteous and immediately made a same-day appointment for a technician to fix my leaky ceiling. Adam arrived within two hours! Fortunately, I had photos of the pipe layout in the floor directly above my ceiling. He correctly assessed the problem by looking at a photo, cut the smallest hole possible in my ceiling, and repaired the problem within 10 minutes. Adam is a true professional, clearly with years of knowledge in plumbing restoration. I enjoyed talking with him and learning more about him and the business. I received updates via text and email from Michael & Son from the moment an appointment was made to receiving the invoice and photos of the finished work. I am 100% satisified with this very professional company and its employees. Thank you.

FANTASTIC!

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Called All Nite Sewer for a backed up main line. Called after hours and left a message. Received a call back within 5 minutes and they were able to schedule a visit for the next morning.

Kirk arrived on time and was very nice. Showed him both clean outs and he was able to determine that the further clean out needed to be snaked. Immediately started working and had the clog cleaned within an hour. They put all the hoses back to where they belonged and cleaned up the yard where they were working. I asked several questions throughout the process and he answered them with no hesitation.

Would suggest then to anyone in the Rosedale/Middle River/ Essex area. They were very affordable and did an amazing job.

Water heater flashing code. They helped us determine our heater was 11 years old and would cost more to fix than replace.

My technician Gilmer arrived on time. He worked quickly and efficiently. My problem was a minor one that was solved right away. I'm very pleased with the service and will use Horizon again.
