Michael & Sons was the first place that could have someone come out on a Saturday afternoon to look at a leak under our kitchen sink. Charlie came even before I was told he would be here, and quickly figured out what the issue was, which ultimately required another person to come out and snake the drain. They came promptly as well, just before I was told he would arrive. He worked quickly to snake the drain, and cleaned up afterwards, even though he had put down a drop cloth. Would definitely recommend Michael & Sons to others, whether it’s an emergency plumbing situation or not!

Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

Sunday morning I discovered the pipe leading out of the hot water heater was leaking, spraying water in the basement. I called and spoke to Metccalf, the person I spoke to was able to direct me where to turn the water off to the water heater to stop the leak. As promised, we received a call shortly after 7:30am. Due to a cancellation we were able to get an 8-8:30am window. Crew arrived minutes before 8:00, and were able to repair the leak. The cost was very reasonable given the current economy. I would definitely use Metcalf again.

Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. I originally called for a hose bib replacement for my outdoor front faucet. I had another plumber tell me he would need to cut into the drywall to do the replacement but these guys did everything they could to not damage the wall (and succeeded!) While the team was there, they took a look at my water heater which was nearing 30 years old and not up to code. We decided to replace it and the team did a great job. I’m so glad we replaced it before it went out because our sump pump was also broken and we had no idea. We would have had a big flooding problem if the old water heater had gone out. Now I’m totally confident! I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!
