James Smith and his assistants (one was Howard; I don't have the other's name) did an excellent job. We were especially impressed that they took the time and care to tie back and safeguard our plants. (Access to our backyard was difficult.) The excavation work was done skillfully and efficiently. James and his assistants were also very pleasant to deal with.

The technician who came was nice but did not introduce himself at first and for a majority of the visit was not wearing a mask of any PPE. This was very concerning. I was sure to distance myself as much as possible and wore a mask for my safety but would have felt better had he worn a mask and gloves while in our home. The process was very slow to bring equipment in as well. I feel as though that consumed approximately 30% of the visit. I did very much appreciate his expertise though and how he was available the same day.

Ed and Nick were amazing! They worked fast and were professional. They explained the process of what they were doing so that I was in the loop the whole time. They are a great team and did a fabulous job.

Great plumbing family, very professional. Sam did an amazing job. Was very efficient and quick but also was sensitive to the needs of my older plumbing/pipes. The drain has never worked better. He even left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. Will definitely be using them again.

Purcell, #3755 was absolutely awesome! Our hot water heater went up and he responded promptly with a great attitude (even thought it was in the evening). He spent almost 7 hours completing the task, and he did a great job. He even made a trip to Home Depot to get a part that he didn’t have - in order to make sure the job was done correctly. It was great talking to him, too. He’s an extremely nice guy, and he knows his stuff! He was exceptional.

Great service, the plumber that fixed the pipe in my basement was highly competent and knowledgeable. If I needed Catons Plumbing for another job I would request Dave Whittington, I’m sure the other plumbers are good but, with Dave at the helm I know I’m in good hands!
