Thanks for nothing. I had a pipe break forcing me to turn the water off in the house. I called Ty in the morning, he seemed knowledgeable and agreed to come over to fix everything between 2 and 3pm. By 4 pm Ty was still not here and had not called. I called and left him a message. By 4:50 I still had not heard from Ty. I began to worry as it was getting late in the day so I called and left another message. By 5:30 I still had not heard from Ty so I called and left my third and final message. By 6pm my phone rang. It was Ty! He hung up as soon as I answered my phone. I called him back to only get the ignore button. It is now 11am the next day. I still have not heard from Ty. I have had to contact a different plumbing company , and take an additional day off work to deal with a problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. If you could not take the job Ty you should have the professional courtesy to tell people. You have cost me time, money, and an additional 24 hours without running water. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

Had another first class job performed by Ace. Kevin arrived on time and as usual was very polite and respectful of our home. The upstairs radiators were stone cold and Kevin worked to diagnose the problem. He explained what was happening with our boiler and installed a new part. He was able to get all the radiators to operate better than they had in years. Joe came by a few days later to check on one of the ancient radiators and gave a helpful diagnosis of the situation. Thanks so much. We can check this heating problem off our list.

Wonderful experience with them. Marvin, who was the gentleman servicing us, was extremely kind, professional, patient, and clear. Fixed our garbage disposal woes in a very timely manner and it’s running like a dream now. Also of note, they were able to see us sooner than anyone else around here. 10 out of 10 experience.

Sat Gin did a great job fixing the problem, however, the service was expensive. Be sure to haggle about the price before signing any paperwork then present a coupon from Roto-Rooter's website for an additional discount.

This guy is great! Returned a phone call the same evening & responded early the next day (on a holiday weekend). Not only did he correct the initial issue, but he found & fixed several other concerns. Van was great at showing, explaining, and giving estimates throughout the whole process. Cannot be happier with services rendered!

David is a hero. Replaces my broken drain valve in my hot water heater. Swapped it out Hot' and avoided a 40 gallon flood in my basement. Went above and beyond. Super professional . 6 out of 5 stars!

Stilwell was dispatched by my home warranty company to repair a shower valve. The plumber attempted to disassemble my old shower, and broke the trim, as well as the posi temp cartridge. While trying to put it back together, he leaked a large amount of water into my wall, causing a large water stain on the ceiling below. I was told that replacement parts were not available at their supplier, so their only option was to completely replace everything at a much higher cost on a later date. My warranty would not cover those costs.

Rather than having Stilwell come back and complete the job, I reached out to another plumber that was recommended. He obtained the parts needed to perform the repair from the same supplier that Stilwell claimed did not have them. He completed the repair with no issues.

Stilwell tried to scam me for hundreds of dollars by completely breaking my shower and stating that excessive work was needed to fix it.

I would not recommend Stilwell to anyone, for any reason.
