I unexpectedly found lots water on the floor in the laundry room. I called Len the Plumber late Monday night and they sent a tech the very next day. John Frazier was my technician. He arrived within the specified window. He listened to my issues and after only a few short minutes of looking at the system, he was able to tell me what was wrong. John Frazier gave me options on how to repair the AC so that I could make an informed decision. He was very polite, respectful and personable. He showed me where my outside unit was because I wasn't sure and talked me thru everything he was doing. John made sure that he didn't miss anything and that I was educated on my system. He set me up with a Comfort Care specialist prior to leaving and made sure I was satisfied and understood the work he did. This is the second time I've had to call Catons within the past year and the tech Dave Whittington was top notch.He was responsive and patient as well as answering all my wife and I questions. I would definitely use Catons again for any future plumbing issues that we have. Although they aren't cheap but as we've learned as homeowners, you get what you pay for. Thumbs up to Dave. I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.
