Repaired and replaced leaking pipe in the ceiling of my basement bathroom post freeze at the end of December. Very efficient and were able to schedule an appointment in a couple days. Pipe has been leak free since the repair and replacement. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

Had major leak with expansion tank of hot water heater, water spraying /dumping all over basement. After shutting off water to the house, called Len The Plumber and Dylan and Cole were dispatched. Excellent service! Everything was explained, prices provided before work began, shoe covers worn and everything all completed in less time than quoted. Very impressed, and will definitely use again. I've used Ben Franklin a couple times and have had Israel as the plumber each time. He's prompt {called at 8;30 am and he was here an hour later] ,professional and efficient. Prices do seem high ,but they tell you what it will cost upfront so it won't be a complete shock.To date they have replaced a shower cartridge,fixed leaky pipes and replaced a sump pump
