Best Tankless Water Heaters in Baltimore MD

So professional! So fast! Called him today at 1, got me in at 4 (who does that?!?!?!) Came, assessed the damage, told me its my main line not just the tub drain.. :( gave me a quote, so reasonable!! But I rent so i definitely had the call the landlord. Unfortunately didn't use his service because they wanted to use their own people (totally understand) then he didn't even charge me! I run my own businesses and can definitely say, 10/10 recommend. Lived up to the reviews!! They definitely speak volumes!! He cares and is very passionate about his work.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Called for a replacement sump pump on Monday morning and got an appointment for Wednesday. But Spiro called back Monday afternoon and said they’d finished a job early - would I like them to come by today? In short, they replaced the sump pump that day and I couldn’t be happier. I will be calling Empire for any further plumbing needs. 👏👏

I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

The workers Brad & Blade were prompt, neat, friendly and polite. They clearly explained the work that was needed. My property was left orderly after they completed the job. I would use Prime Plumbing again if I needed the services of a plumber.

We used Abbott Plumbing for a dishwasher that was not draining. They were very responsive and had excellent communication. The problem was resolved very quickly. Would use again.

Great experience with Brian, who was extremely responsive and informative, and Sam, who was professional and efficient in installing/replacing our faulty water heater. I would definitely recommend for those in need of any water heater related services.

I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.

They did the job perfectly. No mess. Took the old toilets out. Installed new ones neatly. Also, they helped installing the bidets back though it wasn’t their job. Happy to get my work done by these guys. Highly recommended

Had a clog in our shower on first floor. Worker came examined pipes and cleared clog. Mentioned the pipes in kitchen were slightly pitched and redoing is something we might want to consider. He didn't think that was the cause but said it's possible. Gave us quote and after speaking to him I felt confident it wasn't necessary and causing the issue. He was very knowledgable and patient explaining everything and gave some tips. Overall I was very impressed. He even cleaned the shower after!

About 3 months later, we had food coming up the shower. Found it odd since we decided to not use the disposable up until that point. We were cautious about putting food down that is only recommended, doing so very slowly, and ran water 2 minutes after to keep it flushing down. Figured it was a fluke incident. This kept happening here and there. We decided to stop using the disposal since it must be causing a problem. Now the shower is backed up again out of no where.

So I decided to give them a call and hope they stand behind their work. It seemed apparent the initially clog might have not been 100% cleared. It just seemed to back up so soon after. I talked to Mike and he informed me they only have a 30 day guarantee. He said they can't control what goes down there after that point which it understandable. I tried my best to explain the issue which is what you have read up to this point. He denied that the clog had not been properly cleared because they ran water. Yes, water will successfully go down a drain if partially cleared. If it was, there wouldn't be things coming up so soon. He said in his notes it was recommended to redo the pipes and we denied so it's not his problem. I told him what the tech said and if it was really the issue we would have had it done. The goal was to completely address the problem and fix it once and for all. I trust what the tech explained to me and I believe we made a well informed decision- to this day. He was excellent. I suppose Mike didn't want to be accountable for the possibility the snaking didn't completely get the clog. Mistakes happen. All he was willing to do was a snaking for $150, no warranty. We declined after I spoke to my husband and I told him how the conversation went. He was border line rude and condescending at times. Once I misspoke and said, It started clogging again 30 days after instead of 3 months later. He said, Ohhh!! So now it's 30 days huh? Make up your mind. First it's 3 months and now it's 30!!. I told him I misspoke and there was no need to be rude. It was very upsetting to be accused of being dishonest for misspeaking. I wrapped up the conversation since I was getting beyond frustrated and being rude back. We just wanted this issue properly addressed and fixed the first time around. So maybe there was a mistake made on their behalf. I don't understand why Mike couldn't own up to this possibility. So in the end, I wouldn't recommend. If the service works out, you'll be fine. If not, you might be in a similar situation. We had another company come out and the clog is cleared. He confirmed that the kitchen pipes were not causing the problem. He solved the cause immediately. The pricing was much better. If I went with this company the first time, I could have saved so much. He also figured out why the kitchen sink was leaking. All's well that end well. I at least owe a thanks for Mike for speaking quite a while to me. Hopefully this review will help potential clients receive better service in the future. Maybe this company can learn that mistakes can happen and give clients the benefit of the doubt. We unfortunately were not so lucky.

So happy/relieved to have had a colleague of mine recommend Abend Plumbing. They were able to fix all my plumbing issues the day I called. Very professional and knowledgeable. Andrew was on time, polite, and pleasant. He told me my options for installation and gave his opinion on the details of installing a Flo by Moen and a Laundry sink. The best part was that Alpha had the lowest price for all 6 companies that gave me estimates. I will 100% be going to them for any additional plumbing needs. I highly advise you check these guys out.
