Needed water heater replaced. Called and they picked up right away. Scheduled appointment and Jeff showed up right on time and promptly got to work. Power outages made things difficult but Jeff was very flexible and easy going. Very fair price.

Wow! What a great experience we had today with Frank's crew. Frank, (his son Sam, and crew just replaced my sewer line (which is a huge bummer when you just bought your house) with great care and really worked hard to avoid busting up my driveway (& succeeded). From the first call to the end, they were on-time, direct and clear in communicating what they could and could not do, and were super friendly as well. They only dug and ripped up the grass/landscaping they had to and left everything as clean as when they came. Frank is knowledgeable, pays attention to new developments in his industry and seems fair. I will gladly refer any friend to Frank Taciak and Sam Taciak.

Do not use Zoom Drain if you need major work. My main sewer line to my septic tank break underneath the foundation of my house. They came highly recommended by our normal plumber and were responsive however were not in any rush. They sold themselves as a one stop shop and stated the could get it all done in three days. The head plumber stated he would even speak to my insurance company himself if there were issues. It was a good feeling.

Now the problems. It took them a week to get started and only when they had a down payment. Early in the repair I asked for pictures, diagnostic and itemized bill for my insurance. They assured me they would do it as well assured me everything would be back to the way it was. All this time, since the break, we couldn't use any bathroom or sink in the house. The original timeline must have been talking full work days because they only showed up for a few hours a day and the timeline kept shifting further and further. They broke up the foundation, started digging, breaking up the old pipe. On the fourth day a new crew showed up and was gone in about 30 mins without even letting us know they left. After calling to complain they sent the original crew back out the next day. They had to take apart and fix what the other crew did. After two weeks they finally fixed the pipes however their concrete crew was horrible!

I HAD a partially finished basement. Now I have a line of F##KED up concrete complete with cracks and holes in my FOUNDATION! I have called repeatedly and the dispatch lady continues to say well see what we can do to fix it then never returns a phone call. My insurance continued to call for weeks requesting the information and we keep getting run around. The dispatch lady actually hung up on my insurance company when they asked to speak the the manager. I have tried to find their physical address to go in person and no luck. It been over a month since the work was complete and no one has yet to respond to any message. Don't waste your time with them. Now I'm going to have to hire another crew to come in and fix their work and put me out of even more money...

DW Bahr's installers Ed and Nick did a great job. They provided me with knowledge on why my old water heater failed prematurely. They also ensured that the new one they installed did not have the same issue. The install was surprisingly quick. Especially given they had to drain and remove the old water heater. Job site was clean after the work was completed. Ed and Nick were very professional and courteous. They did a great job of walking me through the paperwork to complete the process also. I would definitely recommend their services.

We had thunderstorms in the area and the sump pump stopped working properly. With all of the rain in the area we were worried about the water backing up in the basement. We called Roto Rooter and Sam arrived to our home in 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the issue and had all the tools and parts to complete the repair the same day. garbage work. came out late, wasted 3 hours waiting for them. Didn't do the install right and wouldn't refund me my money or come back to fix it. Ended up paying even more because I Had to hire another group to come out and get the job fixed. Will never call again. save your time and money by moving on to someone else. all those good reviews they have are probably fake

At my house I had Mr. Charley Rogers 3205 to deal with an emergency ceiling leak and faucet replacement.. He totally solved the problems and honestly was the best person I've ever had work on my house for anything. I would request him again in a heartbeat. Fantastic at what he does and very knowledgeable and nice too.
