Would definitely recommend. They are honest and very knowledgeable. They have completed multiple jobs for my company and I’ve never had a call back. The owner or his son have always been on site and that says a lot. I used them this morning on a job and their honesty saved my customer quite a bit of money. I would not recommend. The techs don't seem honest. I heard a vibration sound from pipes when water was running. I was told that there are free estimates. I was charged $375 by the tech for 1 hour of service before he diagnosed the problem. The tech did a marginal adjustment to resolve the problem. The call centers service was good.

My experience with D W Bahr started with a call to their Denise. She was pleasant, courteous and professional. I was billed and had my installation scheduling in no time. Reach to my delight would be the next morning. The two installers, Joe and Damond, were as polite, courteous and professional as Denise. I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
