We called Catons Plumbing to unclog a kitchen drain in our 81 year old home in west Baltimore. The person that originally came out to unclog the drain wasn't... thorough. Not even close. The sink seemed to be unclogged initially but later we discovered that it remained clogged and we were, well lets just say less than satisfied especially since Thanksgiving was only a few days away. Catons sent another plumber to our home to fix the problem with our drain.Jason, from Catons, arrived Sunday afternoon, mask on, boots covered very pleasant and ready to work. He inspected the site, and told us what he wanted to do to fix the problem and warned us of the risks associated with his solution.I'm going to be honest. Catons had lost us as customers. Then Jason M. arrived. He was honest and professional and he regained us as customers of Catons Plumbing.

I must say that these people cannot be beat. This company was by far one of the best prices and service in the area. Believe me, I called 6 different companies and no one came close. They were also very courteous, professional, friendly, its everything you want in a business. The repair we needed done was our water line that comes from the city and They were very efficient. They kept everything clean and precise and that was no easy task considering the space that they had. They even came back the next day and topped everything off with hay and grass seed, something that many company’s don’t do or just charge extra. All and all, this is the best plumbing company around.
