Dama came out during a blizzard, and unclogged our waste drain. There were obstacles, because we could not locate the clean out at first, but he persisted. He was very persistent, and finished the job. He cleaned up beautifully. Also, he wore a mask, due to COVID 19. I highly recommend this service. Dama is highly professional, and did an excellent job.

I was very pleased with Geo's Plumbing Services. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water pressure immediately and accurately, he demonstrated good and professional communication skills and on the day he provided services, he discovered an additional problem affecting my water pressure and made those repairs so the issue would be resolved for good. His price points are very reasonable and affordable. He also provided me a 1yr warranty and did a 1month check-in to see how everything was working for me. My water pressure went from just above trickling to its full potential which definitely feels like more than the standard 80psi. I plan to use his services to also connect my refrigerator to my water line and a few other projects.

I had two very helpful plumbers come out to fix two issues that were covered by my HomeServe insurance.Unfortunately, the plumbers began working on an issue that we found out wasn’t covered, so they only finished the issue that fell under my coverage.Everything seemed fine, until after they left we discovered they had created an additional leak in the issue that wasn’t covered. The leak is now making a mess in my basement.I called customer service and was informed they could get someone out for an estimate but would not cover the issue that was made worse by their plumbers.This would have been a 5-star review, and I’m not upset at the employees, they were really helpful, but the customer service here is lacking.I’m now at Lowe’s getting materials to fix the problem myself. A problem that didn’t have any immediacy until their team took a look at the incovered issue.

Abbotts Brothers was excellent! The pricing was great. Two gentlemen came over on time, did the work quickly and efficiently. This is my first time writing a review for anything, but I wanted to take the time to compliment this company.

I am giving 5 stars only for the technician. He was very nice and detailed on what he thought needed to be done before doing it. He made the situation a lot better. If I was recommending this company to someone based off of the Dispatch managers I dealt with then I would leave a negative review. It was worse than trying to schedule the cable company. They promised me three times and all were busted. I was looking up alternative companies when I found out a technician was actually headed to my address. First call was made 8pm. I received service next day at 1:00pm. Again, Technician was great, but everything else before that was terrible.

Great experience! Frank Taciak came to my home, inspected my problem, showed me how to easily fix it myself and would not charge me for his time or advice! So, it turned out that I didn’t need his services! But, he proved to be professional, knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, punctual and trustworthy! He lived up to his rave reviews and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again if needed!

Called them to snake an outdoor drain. The representative initially quoted me over $700 but when I pushed back, was willing to drop the price to $300. After encountering trouble clearing the blockage, he refused to continue to try with other tools unless he was guaranteed $150.00. I understand the reps are paid on commission and have daily quotas but it was handled poorly. He was trying to game me and I felt it.

I would highly recommend this business. The plumber Willis was highly skilled and very professional. I can't ask for better quality service. This is the 3rd time I have used Abend plumbing over the years; they have always given me good price and good service.
