The best! I called and within 2 hours I had a plumber at my house. Found the leak quickly! Fixed it perfectly. Also another pipe was about ready to fail and that was repaired! AAAAA+

Needed water heater replaced. Called and they picked up right away. Scheduled appointment and Jeff showed up right on time and promptly got to work. Power outages made things difficult but Jeff was very flexible and easy going. Very fair price.

Bryan (and his partner who I'm blanking on the name at the moment) did an incredible job explaining the work they were going to do and the different price options available. I needed my faucet completely replaced and they both worked in tandem to take out my leaking faucet and install a beautiful new Moen faucet with a built-in spray nozzle.Bryan and his partner were both extremely friendly and were even kind to my dogs who were excited to have new people in the house. This is the 2nd time I've used Len the Plumber and the 2nd time I've been thoroughly satisfied with their product and service. Thank you!

Marvin & the gentleman who came with him were very professional & kind. They solved the problem. They’re the 3rd plumbers we’ve called to fix our clogged sink over the past decade, but the only ones to suggest how to actually prevent it. My dog liked them to, so you know they’re good people:)

When my water heater died these guys saved the day. They showed up the next day with a brand new heater and installed quickly in a difficult space with no issue, and also found an additional leak in a water line going to the heater. Great price, professional, timely, perfect service. Highly recommend.

We discovered our AC was leaking over a holiday weekend, and we were able to get an appointment for that first business day after. Shane showed up on time, figured out the issue, fixed it, and had answers to all my questions. The price was reasonable. Would definitely call again for any plumbling/HVAC issues.

We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

So professional! So fast! Called him today at 1, got me in at 4 (who does that?!?!?!) Came, assessed the damage, told me its my main line not just the tub drain.. :( gave me a quote, so reasonable!! But I rent so i definitely had the call the landlord. Unfortunately didn't use his service because they wanted to use their own people (totally understand) then he didn't even charge me! I run my own businesses and can definitely say, 10/10 recommend. Lived up to the reviews!! They definitely speak volumes!! He cares and is very passionate about his work.

Joshua was great!!! He was personable, thorough and kind. He explained everything that he was about to do. The most impressive thing was he put Booties on before entering! That made me feel like he cared about home. He completed the job and doubled checked to make sure everything was working before he left. Thank you Josh, you're the best!!

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Russell came out the same day I called and resolved my issues within 15 minutes. Additionally, he educated me on avoiding the same issue with my dishwasher in the future.

This company is simply one word : AWFUL. Scott showed up, went to the basement, looked at the sump pump pit for approximately 15 seconds then said this is not covered by the home warranty. I explained I talked to the warranty company (HSA), as well as, his office when I scheduled the appointment and they said it was covered. Scott told me I could pay him $635 and he could replace it in less than 10 minutes, but he wasn't doing the repair through HSA. He refused to wait while I called HSA ( I even showed him the contract showing the sump pump was covered) for authorization because he told me had paying jobs waiting. I called HSA after he left and they said they would cover the repair the tech just had to call in with the diagnosis, so I immediately called Stilwell and they said I was Scott's last job for the day and he was off and they had no way to contact him. Basically cost me a day off work, a service call fee and my sump pump is not working. HSA is sending a new company out tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM STILWELL PLUMBING! They are rude, liars that have no interest in working with you or your home warranty company or explaining why they can't (won't) do the job. It was obvious they just wanted their $90 service call fee for the 4 minutes they spent here and tried to hussle me for another $635.00.

Five years ago I had a new outside waterline installed. Where it connected to the county line it was not replaced at the same time. Which it probably should have been. The line broke right where the new line connected to the old line. And my water pressure was never what it should’ve been after that repair. You sent Michael out he did a pressure test on the line. He found that we only have 50 pounds of pressure on the inside line. So he made a couple of adjustments now the pressure is excellent. Thanks for being a good company that stands behind their work. Will definitely use you in the future.
