I’ve had radiators removed, water softener installed, and plumbing help for various household issues. Once again, Len the Plumber has gone above and beyond. Even though there was a small mix up on when the technician would arrive, once he did (Ron Rice), I could not have asked for a better technician. He found the problem immediately and had several options for fixing it, keeping in mind the cost. He repaired what it was and installed a new toilet. I feel confident that Ron's work will fix the problem(s). I have been using Len the Plumber for many years and will continue to do so. -Replaced sump pump before our basement flooded back in rainy April!

- Remodeled our entire bathroom with the exception of the tub. However; our tub was clogged and he fixed that. Replaced the sub floor and put down new black hexagon tile. Removed and replaced our old vanity and toilet. Only took 3 days && looks great!

This is absolute trash of a company. Came an hour and some change outside of their appointment time and didn’t bring a ladder for an attic project (!) so they’re coming back tomorrow. What a joke. Avoid. Avoid.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
