Best Repair/Replacement in Baltimore MD

We needed a gas dryer installed, but to do that we needed a new gas valve and drip leg installed. Ty came out, did the needed work, and now we have a new dryer! This after trying for 2 months to get someone out to do the work. He was prompt, efficient, very professional, and stayed within our budget. Thank you, Ty! You are a Godsend!

I reached out to SJT Plumbing regarding a leaking shower, and they were able to get me scheduled next day. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair. Everything was thoroughly explained to me before and after the repairs were made, and the pricing was very reasonable.

We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Previously I had a problem and Van came out to solve a shower control problem. He told me how I could save a significant amount of money by calling American Standard and getting a replacement part. - Remodeled our entire bathroom with the exception of the tub. However; our tub was clogged and he fixed that. Replaced the sub floor and put down new black hexagon tile. Removed and replaced our old vanity and toilet. Only took 3 days && looks great!

Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical just assisted our family with installing a new water heater when the old one sprung a leak in the inner tank. The whole process was smooth and professional. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable in his craft... Steve was great to work with and even came back on a Saturday morning to help us avoid a weekend of cold showers. We'll definitely be using Stokes again when plumbing issues arise.

Refreshing to see great customer service and response. Called after getting a price from Len the Plumber for over $1000, spoke to Cristy in the office and got a price of $600. She had someone here within an hour working on our problem. Technician was polite and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Left the area clean, no complaints here. Would highly recommend them, will be my first call for future plumbing problems for my business and personal needs.
