5 stars all the way! Received several quotes for a broken pipe feeding our house water from the well. Three other companies quoted us hundreds to thousands of dollars more, and were pushing us to undertake extensive replacement work for the entire line. Ace quickly came out to repair the pipe break in hot and rainy weather, and explained that our pipes didn’t require replacing. The break occurred at a vulnerable junction and our pipes were in otherwise good condition. I found everyone at Ace honest, hardworking and trustworthy. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience with a service provider. I highly, highly recommend this business.

Catons Plumbing is awesome! They're open 24/7 and when I called later in the evening because of a shower that was backing up, they said they could have someone there in just an hour or two. The service technician Dave W. showed up right on time and was able to quickly determine and address the problem. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and spent a few minutes discussing with me what I could do to prevent issues like this in the future.

Rob was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having , was in and out of my house within 5 minutes. He was very nice and very professional and the company didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

James was right on it when I need a deep clog cleared outs He put in a new pipe for better access if there were to be another clog. He explained things clearly and took care of it in a timely manner. I used him a second time to fix a simple sink leak he was in and out same day.

They will answer and come to your residence for an estimate. Got quoted $850.00 to remove a toilet, cap it off along with a small sink and cap off the pipes. I declined and called Flush Away Plumbing who came the same day and completed the job for $300.00

I contacted Roto-Rooter for a backed-up kitchen sink late in the evening. Service was scheduled for the next morning. The serviceman arrived at the scheduled time. He was polite and professional. He fixed the sink blockage (which I tried to do myself and could not) in about 90 minutes using heavy equipment the average homeowner would not have. All worked well when he was finished. For timely, dependable and professional service, Roto-Rooter is tops. But I was surprised that its price for a basic drain cleaning had increased so much---now over $550.

Highly recommend. Justin showed up shortly after I called. He was very familiar with the issue (broken flex tube behind stove) and installed a new valve as well. He double checked all the work to make sure there was no leak, and then afterwards he checked the rest of the pipes to verify that it was all sound. He left the space clean and was very careful not to make any mess or accidentally scratch anything. Justin was very friendly, polite and professional and made sure to use his time as efficiently as possible. He did a great job and I will call him again anytime I need work done.

Dave came today and fixed our clogged toilet. Ended up using the long snake apperatus and 3 mins later ..unclogged. the only star taking away was for being charged $150 for 5 minutes of work. I guess that's just what we have to pay just seems like a lot of money for 5 minutes of work. But Dan was pleasant and he was on time actually he was early and yeah problem was fixed.

He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.

Joe installed a new shut off valve and a new toilet. He came even before the time frame given and was very personable and professional. He had the job done in no time! We've used Stilwell many times over the years and they never disappoint. Joe was exceptional!
