Best Repair/Replace in Baltimore MD

I do not recommend this company. Plumbing for a new powder room (toilet and vanity rough-in and installation) was performed. A permit through Baltimore County was obtained for the project. The rough-in was performed and passed inspection. The final installation of the toilet and vanity took place, and Ty (Owner) said he would call for final inspection. After a no-show from the county, I called the county, no inspection had been requested, and the county representative stated Ty's license had been suspended. Ty withheld that information from me, and I now need to hire another plumber to finish the process of getting my plumbing inspected. Without full disclosure, he's operating without a license!

They showed up in the promised time frame. They were courteous and professional. They had everything they needed to do the job right. They were very knowledgeable and I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.I have used them to replace the whole house’s plumbing lines, add toilet and sink in basement, replace sump pump and replace floor flange for toilet. I’m a very satisfied customer.

I am more than just impressed, I am grateful for Baltimore Water Heater guys! I live in Fed Hill, had an emergency, and called two big companies. Both times I got a secretary with no knowledge of plumbing or costs. One company even charged to just look at it (and not until the next day). Then I called BWHGs. Rob gave me a flat fee on the phone, without seeing it. He asked me to take some pictures, then came right over. It was a bigger job than he had anticipated due to the previous plumber's shoddy job, but Rob still stuck to his initial flat fee. Folks, Use BWHGs. You will talk to a real guy who knows his stuff; he will take all guesswork out by giving you a flat fee; and to top it off he's a nice guy who wants to help and is truly grateful for the work. I would recommend BWHGs to anyone who needs a water heater replaced; they are so good at it because it's all they do!

We used Stephen J. Tant Plumbing LLC for both their plumbing and HVAC services, and I haven't had a more pleasant experience anywhere else. Shane came out quickly (which we needed) and he communicated every step of the way, which is huge for me. Yes I was given a window for the appointment, but was contacted to let me know he could arrive early, when he was on his way, and I asked him to contact me when he was at my door since I can't hear the doorbell from my basement (where my office is). He was knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything thoroughly (and I ask a lot of questions), made sure I was good with the work he was performing every step of the way. Then when my air conditioning stopped working in the heat wave, I was so glad that I could call them to get my issue resolved quickly and effectively. Not only was the work completed quickly and well, but everyone was soooo nice!! WE are grateful for this company, and Shane, and I have no doubt you'll feel the same way :-)

On this frigid day he went out of his way to come by our house and inspect the leaking faucet at the front of our home. He was working on a friend's home and fit us into his schedule without a single complaint. After his inspection he was able to find a simple solution to the issue that saved us a significant amount of money.

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Very friendly and quick to respond. Explained what the issue was, how he would fix it and how to prevent it from happening again. Was very knowledgeable and took time to really show me what the problem was. I will definitely call him again for any future repairs.

Stilwell Plumbing was our first call at the sign of issues with one of our toilets. They came out the same day to take a look, both technicians were knowledgeable and gave solutions to have our toilet back to normal. Highly recommend!

Had our water heater replaced recently by Michael & Son last week. The plumber was very helpful and very cooperative. He did not pressure us to upgrade and made good recommendations. When he'd unloaded the replacement water heater and taken it out of its packaging, he realized it had damage, and he brought this to our attention then drove back to the warehouse to get another one, even though this meant the job took his full day. He stayed late until the job was done. This was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend this company based on it!
