I contacted ACE Plumbing for a faucet repair. I texted for help and their responses were swift and exact. Joe provided the customer service. He was very helpful. You can tell through his texts he is professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with reasonable cost and an expectation if additional work was needed. Additional work was required at a reasonable cost.

Jeff provided the customer experience. He updated me on his arrival, he arrived a few minutes early, and started working immediately. It was like he was not even there. He focused on his work. He offered feedback on some minor issues he discovered. I appreciate the feedback because it allows me to be proactive. Workmanship is great!

We recently received our newest water bill which was a little higher than usual. I decided I wanted to compare it to the meter to make sure it was right and see if there was a discrepancy. I called (Baltimore City) and after they gave me a hard time about trying to understand my meter I decided to call Caton’s. They came out and confirmed that there is indeed a meter in my house (the city told me there wasn’t a meter IN my home as I was standing there staring at it) , but confirmed it’s not in commission and that’s why the numbers/reading don’t match what is on my bill. Frank, the technician who was sent to our home, then proceeded through the motions of figuring out if we had an underground leak, etc. He was extremely kind and very helpful, gave great advice but ensured that we didn’t have a larger issue at hand. I’ll definitely be keeping Caton’s # on hand as our go to for future issues (although I hope we have none). Also shout out to Maddy(sp?) for keeping me updated on the arrival, she was very kind and easy to communicate with. The original woman who answered my first call (I forget her name) was also extremely knowledge and knew exactly what I was asking and needed.

We called roto rooter and our awesome tech Dama came and fixed our backed up sink in under an hour on a Sunday. He was really professional and advised us about another leak issue we will have to tackle soon as well

This is the second time I've used michael and sons, for two different services, and I've been pleased both times. The technician, Antonio, was friendly and professional, he explained the process to me and made sure I didn't have any questions. He was easy to talk to and explained things well. He was respectful, not just in manner, but with covid precautions as well, wearing a mask and gloves at all times and maintaining a proper distance. I will definitely be using Michael and son's in the future for any services I need done that they offer. This time around, I had made the appointment, but it got cancelled part way into the time frame before the technician had arrived. They called me promptly and rescheduled for the next day, and the dispatchers I spoke to at that time were pleasant as well, apologizing several times for the inconvenience. Before arriving, the technician called when he was on his way to let me know he was about half an hour away. I had made the appointment online, and conversed a bit by email to give further information and confirm the appointment, and the lady I talked to was helpful and friendly as well. I haven't had a negative experience with anyone at the company, no matter the type of interaction or format. They are great.

Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

LJ Butler Plumbing has serviced and repaired my steam boiler, replaced spigots, repaired faucet, reset toilet and addressed pipe leaks. Always professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced and always leaves the area clean. I wish I knew of them when I bought my house 20 years ago. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

I met Spiro after coming out of a real bad situation which was caused by my earlier contractor who had just half completed his plumbing work of my property and did not take care of my gas heating job professionally.Later I came to know that the earlier contractor was not even a licensed guy.So I fired my old contractor and got Empire Plumbing and Heating ,the day Spiro entered my property he accessed the whole situation gave confidence saying that he can take care of the entire situation however it is and got all the needed genuine inspections after replacing the gas pipes and even replacing the half damaged plumbing work which the old contractor has performed.At every point he gave me a picture based status update and ontime presence on the day when he says the job needs to be done.The days of inspection the level of confidence on his work was so high and perfect that all the inspections and the work was perfect.I give all five stars 🌟 to Spiro.Since he is man of his words and he sees to put stuff at top quality.I will be referring him to others for all the great work he does at different places.

Companies like this are the reason plumbers have a reputation for being unscrupulous.My shower wouldn’t turn off. We called Catons since they have emergency service and while we waited, we did a simple google search and found that this is a common problem and the only thing that needs to be replaced is the faucet cartridge. We had already removed the handle and wall plate to shut off the water (since our main water shut off is stuck in the open position) by the time the plumber from Catons arrived.He looked at it for less than a minute and somehow came to the wild conclusion that they would need to cut a hole in the wall of the walk-in closet adjacent to the bathroom so that they could replace the entire pipe due to “corrosion” (there is ZERO corrosion btw, the house is only 8 years old). Obviously that would have cost thousands, would have been a huge inconvenience for us and most likely would have damaged our house. We asked couldn’t you try replacing the cartridge first before going to such extreme measures. He responds “ehhh well yeah that could be it”. He gave us an estimate of $500 to replace the cartridge: $375 for labor and $125 for the part. Unbelievable.I’m not one to mess around trying to do things myself when it comes to plumbing but there is no way on Gods green earth I was going to pay hundreds of dollars to a company that just blatantly lied to our faces and tried to rip us off. We would have gladly paid a fair price for the repair but the experience with Catons pushed us to try doing it ourselves. It could not have been easier. Pop one cartridge out, pop a new one in, replace the faucet handle. Simple. $45 for the part, about $30 for the rest for tools and caulk, and 10 minutes of our time.If we didn’t know better and hadn’t done our research, this company would have ripped our walls and pipes up, majorly disrupted our lives and charged us thousands for the privilege when it wasn’t even necessary. Then still trying to charge $125 for a $45 part and $375 for 10 minutes of labor is just the icing on the cake.After this experience, I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of trustworthy companies out there to choose from that don’t try to cheat their customers. I can’t even imagine how many customers they get away with cheating.

Office staff and technician provided excellent service , the technician was punctual and did a great job on our repair.

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything
