Excellent service by Marvin ID- 2518! Very diligent, patient and thorough. Displayed great understanding of the job and what it entailed . He had to remove old broken hot water heater and replace it in a very tight and awkward location.

My outdoor water spigot had a valve bust from freezing, tried to repair myself but couldn’t. Very timely, professional, and let me shadow him so I feel more confident maybe attempting the repair myself next time, if there is a next time. I believe his name was Tim, I forgot.
