So I can only say great things about Richard. I appreciate the company calling ahead of time and offering an earlier appointment. Richard came out promptly, listened to all our questions. Gave us options, emailed quotes and did some minor work for us as well. Great service would definitely recommend!!!!

Evan from Stephen J Tant Plumbing LLC came out to repair the gas line to our stove. He was punctual, professional and very informative the entire time. Great service and a great price! I will be using them again in the future!

Roto Rooter was the first to come to our rescue when our basement flooded. The plumber was awesome as well as the remediation specialist. They were caring, attentive and very clear with their expectations. Most importantly, they worked closely with our insurance company and were very knowledgeable. They only drawback is that I wish they communicated a bit more with each other. I had to fill in a lot of gaps in communication.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

When our reliable plumber retired, we were not sure where to turn. Nick was recommended by a neighbor. One visit is all it took to convince us we found our new plumber. Nick has been out twice for different plumbing issues. He is professional, reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

An absolutely horrid company. First they gave a 4 hour window, waited till it was halfway in, and canceled. Then they asked if it would be ok to come out between and 8 and 10pm. 6 weeks later they replaced my faucet with cheap ill fitting parts to save some money, and it still doesn’t work. They also stole the old parts to sell for scrap. Don’t give these clowns a penny. Their own tech tried to replace the faucet with an identical one, but their management made him pick cheaper stuff to save money. Absolutely unethical buffoons.
