Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning. They fixed the problem for us at a fair price and even offered us advice so the problem wouldn't occur again. I will absolutely be using ACE plumbing again for any of my plumbing needs. Hank saved me the headache of repairing my entire office circuit. I am starting a new job on Monday, and was worried I'd have to work from my dining room table. Hank took care of all of the outlets in my office, explained what was happening, and how it was all getting fixed. He did an outstanding job.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

What an amazing annual AC maintenance service from the wonderful customer service call to verify my appointment to the serviceman showing up and working on our unit. Shawn answered all my question and this made me remember this company because of all the companies I've hired companies before for our annual AC maintenance and this was the first time a company explained their process of checking our system. I will be calling back for our Fall heat maintenance. 5 Star Service from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

They replaced my old gas cooktop that needed special attachments. They did a fantastic job. Very clean and professional work. It works great.

Caton plumbing came to my property diagnosed the problem; a leak in the master shower coming from the stall shower.They decided that the best way to get to it was from underneath. That was the living room below. They opened the ceiling and left. I called the supervisor Gregg Anderson and explained the situation that I needed the work to finished. He said that he would take care of my problem and get back to me. Never heard back, the workmen haven’t come to the property to finish. The original salesman, Brett, never called me back.So, I’m left with an open ceiling in my living room and a shower above that cannot be used.Still waiting...

I called yesterday at 9am when my water heater broke. Within 10 minutes I had a quote and within an hour someone was on site to view the issue. This morning my new water heater was installed and any mess caused was cleaned up. Joseph was the guy on site all morning to do the replacement and was extremely professional and efficient.

Scott replaced the entire gas line in my home. He was extremely professional, helpful and courteous. He explained the entire process and was punctual and respectful of my home. I would definitely use again and recommend.

Replaced Sewage line from under my basement out to the backyard. I was referred to them by a friend who had their sewage line replaced. It was quite the job.

My sewage line was 13 feet below the backyard and 5-6 feet below the basement floor. It was at one of my rental properties and James and his crew were great even when the tenants weren't always on the same page as James, his crew and I. He left the areas clean and neat. I just had to get the tile redone. Once tile was done, his team put my bathroom back together! CALL Zoom Drains from Essex - James and his team are great!

Frank and Sam arrived on time, listened, and explained everything well. They used a camera in my line and a metal detector to determine where my external sewer line was, and dug to unearth a clean-out that had been long buried under dirt and I had no idea I had. I could not have been happier with their expertise and determination in helping me with my problem, and I will use them for all my future business. No complaints, just gratitude, for them coming out and helping me so much in my backyard on a cold January morning.

I'm updating my review, as I've had work done by Doug twice now (first was a leaky bathtub, this most recent to replace and install a new water heater.) I can't say enough good things about the company. They are responsive, polite, qualified, and most of all honest and fair. Even though my house is a 60+ year old nightmare that in the case of both jobs caused more headaches than anticipated, Doug kept at the price he quoted and never complained or grew frustrated. I know if any future issues come up that I have a good plumber to turn to, one who won't gouge me or do shoddy work, and I'll definitely recommend him to anyone who asks. Thanks again!
