We noticed our water bill started to be very expensive ($7000),We called the city water dept,it took them 6 months to come out and investigate.they said we have a major water main break and it is on our side of the property not the city side.We called Ace Plumbling,talked to Joe,he told us how soon he can out,Joe and his crew fix water main in 2 days,they was excellent and so professional even during hot weather and thunderstorms.forget about 5 stars,Joe and his sons deserve 10 stars,Ace plumbling will be our permanent Plumbers forever!!

Modern Plumbing is the way to go for a new hot water heater. Brian was super responsive, answered all of my questions, quoted us the best price of the multiple companies I received estimates from, and was able to get us scheduled for installation in the timeframe we requested. Joe and Sam arrived a few minutes early on installation day and were the definition of professional. They were done within 2 hours and left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I had moved our clothes dryer out of the way prior to their arrival and they even moved back into place for me. Next time I need plumbing services, Brian will be my first call.

PEX Pipe Installation - replaced Quest pipes - Scott and Dave were excellent! They gave a fair and honest price; communicated concerning their availability and showed up on time! They even cleaned up! We now have a Go To plumber.

Called Mike’s plumbing for a water heater repair. Very responsive and professional. Charlie was able to explain everything before he did any work and cleaned up the area.

Frank and Sam arrived on time, listened, and explained everything well. They used a camera in my line and a metal detector to determine where my external sewer line was, and dug to unearth a clean-out that had been long buried under dirt and I had no idea I had. I could not have been happier with their expertise and determination in helping me with my problem, and I will use them for all my future business. No complaints, just gratitude, for them coming out and helping me so much in my backyard on a cold January morning.

I'm updating my review, as I've had work done by Doug twice now (first was a leaky bathtub, this most recent to replace and install a new water heater.) I can't say enough good things about the company. They are responsive, polite, qualified, and most of all honest and fair. Even though my house is a 60+ year old nightmare that in the case of both jobs caused more headaches than anticipated, Doug kept at the price he quoted and never complained or grew frustrated. I know if any future issues come up that I have a good plumber to turn to, one who won't gouge me or do shoddy work, and I'll definitely recommend him to anyone who asks. Thanks again!
