Caton’s has come through in a pinch several times. Candice and the water mitigation team were swift and effective in drying out water from a dramatic toilet break in my mother’s house. Zach recently replaced the broken toilet around our difficult schedule and worked with us on models and seats. Marvin drained a number of our pipes including the mainline in order to prevent the kind of backup we saw in 2021 in our basement which was a nightmare. Only wish we had found Caton’s years ago and turned to them earlier for their expertise. Would have saved significant grief and expense!

Liana cleaned my main sewer drain line clog, pulled toilet, unclogged the line. He gave me a 6 month warranty, explained the issue. He was very friendly and informative. I will definitely call again.

We had a clogged outside, tile drain pipe about sixty feet long that carries runoff from the downspouts of several townhouses. Our maintenance company wasn't able to clear it. Lal, the technician with Roto Rooter, cleared them in less than two hours. He was knowledgeable, very hardworking and persistent, and pleasant to work with. We knew this was a tough job. That's why we called Roto Rooter. Even our maintenance company said Roto Rooter is the one to call for serious problems.

Hardy Plumbing is the best! Justin came out, on time, and put in our battery back-up for our sump pump. Their prices are reasonable and I trust them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called Steve for a problem toilet that kept unseating itself. He came out next day. Fixed it perfectly. I found my new Plumber (keeping his CV info), my new go to guy. Thanks again Steve!

Made an appointment. The appointment was confirmed. Then nobody showed up to perform the work and did not even call to follow-up. Not recommended.

I had an appointment this morning and they called me just before 8:00 and I thought great until they called back and stated they called the wrong customer, no big deal. They said someone will be at my home in the next hour. I called back around noon and was told the plumber was still at the first job. Being foolishly optimistic I believed the representative when I was told someone was still coming. Around 3:45 I call again because no one showed up. I was then told she was going to give the job to someone else but he won’t arrive until later. Well at this point I became very familiar with later. My window was 6:00-10:00. Guess what? Nothing , no one showed up, no one called and I called and left 2 messages. I wish I would have read the reviews first, but hopefully I can help someone else.

The electrician Adeoluwa was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He patiently explained the issue and how to fix the problem.
