Best Plumbing Repair Services in Baltimore MD

We have been using this company for 6 years now. From water heater replacement, pipe relocations and plumbing leaks. I always get a quick response and they are out usually that day.

Joe and his son (Ace Plumbing) are fantastic. They did a wonderful job at a great price. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I'll make sure to use their services again myself.

Our water heater needed to be replaced, so we reached out to the company. They scheduled an appointment for 2 days later, which was very fast. They were right on time for the service call and Mikey was incredibly friendly and down to earth. He confirmed that we did need a new hot water heater, priced it out immediately, and got us scheduled for a next day replacement! The installation went great and we are very pleased! We'll definitely use Stephen J. Tant Plumbing again in the future!

The first time we used Stilwell Plumbinging they were great. They really help us out. This time however it was the total opposite. We now have been without hot water for over a week. The plumber was supposed to come out between 2 and 6 PM. At 6:45 pm I was out playing with my kids in the back yard when the plumber walks up to my fence and asks me why I didn't answer the front door. He never called to say he was running late never apologized for being late but was annoyed that I didn't answer the front door when he finally showed up.

I showed him the proble and he took a few pictures and said he needed to order a part. I asked how long that would take and he said they would have it the next day.

The next day my wife and I called a total of six times to try and see if the part had come in and to schedule a time for them to come out. Calling six times may seem excessive but everytime we called we literally got a different reason why the part was not in yet. The final time I called the woman told me they were having trouble finding the part we needed. She said it was hard to find parts for a tankless water heater. That took me back because I dont have a tankless water heater. To told her this and then she said oh right we ordered your part this morning and they dont have same day delivery. When I asked why we were told, by the plumber, that the part would have been in the next day she told me they shouldn't have said that. I also asked her why she didn't tell my wife or me this earlier today. She said she had gotten our claim mixed up with another claim.

I'm not a business man in any shape or form and I understand that businesses have bad days but reading the other reviews there seems to be common trends with the lower ratings.
