Ty came out to my home to unclog my main drain. He has an awesome personality. He was very professional yet very friendly and outgoing. He did a thorough job and i will be using him again in the future for my plumbing needs.

I've been doing business with Ace plumbing since 2011. Joe did all of the plumbing in our new addition and I have had him or his son Kevin back to do several small jobs since then. His prices are fair and and the quality of his workmanship is superior.

As far as I'm concerned Ace is the only plumber I need.

We had an emergency water issue and Catons was extremely responsive and helpful with the plumbing repair and subsequent water cleanup.
The plumber , Bruce was very thorough and communicated with us extremely well ( since we were not able to be onsite. We have used Catons in the past and we have always been pleased with the service they provide. Bruce is a please to deal with and we will be requesting him for future work. Tim helped us through the water mitigation process and the insurance red-tape which was a real plus... Thank you Catons!!!

So professional! So fast! Called him today at 1, got me in at 4 (who does that?!?!?!) Came, assessed the damage, told me its my main line not just the tub drain.. :( gave me a quote, so reasonable!! But I rent so i definitely had the call the landlord. Unfortunately didn't use his service because they wanted to use their own people (totally understand) then he didn't even charge me! I run my own businesses and can definitely say, 10/10 recommend. Lived up to the reviews!! They definitely speak volumes!! He cares and is very passionate about his work.

Van is fantastic. Late night on a weekend (of course) main sewer line blockage in our house. He arrived within 15 minutes of speaking with him. He was polite, professional, clean, and got the job done in very short order. Will definitely recommend Van to others, and hope to use his services again in the future (but for something that isn't an emergency).

Called for service and received an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Given 3 options for repair work. Chris was on time, very pleasant, and has kept me up-to-date on parts acquisition.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

Refreshing to see great customer service and response. Called after getting a price from Len the Plumber for over $1000, spoke to Cristy in the office and got a price of $600. She had someone here within an hour working on our problem. Technician was polite and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Left the area clean, no complaints here. Would highly recommend them, will be my first call for future plumbing problems for my business and personal needs.

Wow, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised working with Steven. He was amazing!! He was very fast in replying to my messages and was patient with me and my business partner. I love the fact that I could text him and he would reply almost immediately ( Im a millennial and talking on the phone is the last resort). We had a plumbing emergency at a rental property and he was able to fix it the next day!!! He replaced the toilet and tub in a few hours. The work looked great and all for a reasonable rate...Most importantly unlike other contractors who leave a mess after they are done, Steven did not! You would not have believed a contractor had been there. He is fair with his prices and does not price gouge. I highly recommend you calling him if you need plumbing work.

After doing plenty of research on plumbers in Baltimore, I called this company because of their customer reviews. I called on a Tuesday morning because my basement flooded Monday night. They said the soonest they could come was Wednesday morning and would be here between 9 and 9:30am and would call when they were on the way. at 9:15am I hadn't heard anything so I called. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about. No idea of the appt or the project. So the EXTREMELY RUDE man on the phone (I think he said Mark Butler) told me he would try to find out IF someone was coming. I said IF???? He responded that there were a lot of people there and he didn't take the order so he doesn't know if someone is coming. He was rude and nearly yelling at me because I was questioning IF someone was coming and not when?? He called me back and said someone would be here around 11:30am. That time was not as avail for me and the fact that the company was so unorganized no one knew what anyone else was doing and especially because I have never been talked to like that from a vendor - I decided to start from scratch and look for someone else. I am disappointed and upset that I did my research, waited with my basement in this condition so I can work with this company and now I am starting all over again - but I think better then that then enter into a job with a company that does not have their stuff together and then yells at the customer when they ask questions. I don't have a company I recommend yet, but I don't recommend calling this company.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
